I can highly recommend this company as they are very nice people to do business with. Extremely polite, helpful, honest and not full of the usual BS that a lot of other Estate Agents are guilty of. I tried a few other Estate Agents before changing to 'Your Move' with all the others having no luck at selling my property but 'Your Move' worked tirelessly to find me a buyer for my property and everything has gone very smoothly from start to finish. They always updated me promptly about any new viewings that were scheduled and would give me feedback within a day or two afterwards. Stow Brothers always seemed to have the best properties in the area we were looking at, which did mean that the offer process was more competitive than we'd expected - but this could just be part of buying in London. We recently rented out our flat using Stow Brothers. Jon and Hannah were amazing and went above and beyond to get us the right tenant. They were both fantastic - Jon is amazing at sales and Hannah made sure all the contracts/invoices were dealt with quickly and professionally. I'd been recommended to use Stow Brothers to sell our flat by multiple friends who had great experiences with them. From the outset, they were fantastic. Jon for filling us with confidence from the beginning at the valuation, with more viewings and offers than we could have hoped for. Highly recommended. The mark of a good estate agent is what they do when things don't go according to plan. SB did a great job of selling our house, then months later the chain collapsed. They were fabulous at supporting us and our buyer, and we were able to repair the chain and exchange. They moved quickly, communicated well, and were generally great to deal with.

Kings Group Walthamstow do not respect GDPR. Agents from said estate agent have been ringing my client non stop for months after being asked five times to delete her details. One of my legal practitioner even rang them two weeks ago and was assured my clients details had been removed. Another call was again made today to my client. A formal complaint has now been made to ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).

I had the good fortune to have used Outlook to move into my flat with my family, Diana helped with the process and smoothed out all the issues we encountered. Outstanding Service I don't usually write a review but on this occasion it felt it was fitting as I recently moved into a new property thanks to the help of Jordan Hagger at Bairstow Eves. Hands down the best letting agent I have experienced working with. We felt the estate agent worked really hard to negotiate an arrangement that satisfied both the landlord and tenant. Jordan had a kind and engaging approach to us as tenants and made the difficult process of searching for a new home much easier as a result. Communication was very professional and easy. I rented a property through Humphrey & Co, they didn't manage the property but when the landlord refused to give us our deposit back, they didn't offer any support. They're still letting his properties, I would steer clear. I know that it was 'let only' but you are still letting several of his properties. Are you not concerned about the quality of landlords you let from?

Excellent letting agents, Darren Marcus the manager has been looking after my property for more than 5 years. I live abroad and feel my property is in good hands so I rarely have any concerns. Never had any problem with the management service and I can always get through to speak to Darren whenever I need anything. Never had to chase him or feel that I am being ignored. Darren never hides away and confronts problems head on with a very professional approach.

I have no complaints with the sales negotiator Renata who did a great job and was very professional the whole way through. This was unfortunately where the good work from Foxtons started and stopped. It initially became very infuriating when I would have to call a number of times to receive a call back for an update. I was continually told that they have not had a chance to look into my case. This is not acceptable. I feel that the main issue was that they were uncomfortable having the conversation as they were unsure how the phone call was going to go and so they would just ignore my calls and emails. Foxtons would also look to cut corners such as an issue with the lease. I was promised upon viewing that there was 105 years left on the lease. Foxtons did no research into this and just accepted the guess from the vendor as a given. We then found out 3 months down the line that the time remaining on the lease on this property was far shorter than the vendor had stated. The lease therefore needed to be renewed. We were also given an exchange and completion date that all parties were in agreement with but yet again the vendors solicitors and Foxtons were late in getting back to my solicitors and so this had to be delayed another day. This then left me liable for additional removal costs. This is something that I will unfortunately have to bring up with my solicitor. Also it still says 'under offer' on all their web portals rather than 'sold'. This is another thing that’s been 'forgotten' due to being 'too busy'. I had a dreadful time with Foxtons and strongly suggest that people should think carefully before using Foxtons as their marketing agent.

Oshae Okolo was extremely helpful in helping us with our viewing with Foxtons earlier this year. He was prompt in his replies, showed up early to our appointment when we arrived slightly before the allocated time, always friendly and welcoming. He genuinely cares about the srevice he provides and supported us throughout the process.

I was in touch with Oshae throughout my search process and he was nothing but professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience expecting pushy or a sales pitch or even assuming a lack of understanding on your part, which I encountered with other estate agents which thoroughly put me off. I'd highly recommend him as an agent for your property search, he put in the effort to find what we were looking for and took time to understand and agreed where something did not meet our search criteria. Great guy, reach out to him if you need someone looking out for you in your search.

This agency is total disaster. They offer very high prices comparing with the service you receive. They do not comply with most of the services they offer in their website. Workers sent by the office enter to the property without any warning. The best thing to do is avoid this agency.

My experience with EUROOMS have been completely satisfactory. They are very professionals and helped me out with all the questions and issues that I have had. They are very nice and friendly and they have always answered me very quickly. Apart from that, the house was clean and cozy and my room was big and bright. 100% recommendable.

Some people (tenants) may have a tremendous lack of respect but focusing on the agency I think they are doing a good job. They Always reply to queries, smiley, efficiant. Generally speaking, I have had a positive experience with EUROOMS. Our property liaison, Ainhoa , is particularly supportive and attentive at helping us with any issues. The property itself is kept in a good state either thanks to the cleaner or maintenance that visit semi-regularly for any work or inspections. I recommend it.

Before my experience with Churchill Estates I have long held a negative view of Estate agents in general but Churchill are truly extraordinary. They genuinely care about both their buyers and sellers interest. We had a very long and stressful experience buying this property through no fault of Churchill but Tom helped us every step of the way sometimes above and beyond his duty. He would often chase our solicitors and the vendor's to keep the transaction together and moving. We really appreciated his efforts and attentiveness. We honestly felt more support from Tom than our solicitor who is contractually obligated to represent our best interest. Tom was there from start to completion and he isn't the only good egg. Daniel also helped us out on several occasions which just goes to show that support, attentiveness and care runs through the office. They are a truly wonderful bunch. In the not so distant future we would definitely use their services again to either sell or purchase another property and we would definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

We purchased a property using Churchill Estates. They were always extremely responsive and organised viewings very quickly. During the purchase process, they were always willing to help and answer any questions that we had. They also helped to ensure that the purchase process kept moving. Highly recommended.

Don't believe any of the reviews left on here. Avoid this agency and do not use. They take a large proportion of the rent and provide no services at all. Anything required by the tenant is simply just forwarded to the landlord rather than being a proper agent and dealing with the tenants requirements directly. Furthermore, this agent does not follow any legislation and does not ask for the correct identity documents before putting tenants. Have lost nearly 15,000 pounds because of this agency and they have done nothing about it. I have gathered all the relevant evidence and will not let this agency get away with this as from the reviews I can see that I am not the first person to have been manipulated by this agency.

Great property investing advice, even more help stating out after attending their free one day introduction to property investing or their three day course on developing your property investment business. I attended the three day service accommodation boot camp and have formed a joint venture partnership with another attendee. We have defined and put our business plan into action.

I initially met Arona at Coppermills several years ago after a bad experience with another real estate agency. I explained to Arona the concerns that I had, and the issues that I experienced. Arona and her team took those onboard and we had the property back on the rental market within a month, and tenants signed up and ready to move in. Over the years the team has been really helpful in keeping us up to date with council legislation around renting, and quickly resolving any maintenance required on the property. Especially now during these uncertain times, Arona has been working hard behind the scenes ensuring both tenants and landlords are looked after and protected during these times, by continously reaching out to the council to see what help they can offer. I like that I am not just a number to Coppermills, and that I am not being "sales rushed" - you know when someone is quickly talking to you and trying wrap up the conversation with you so that they can go off and do something else. If you are on the market to rent a new home, or put your house on the rental market then it would definitely be worth speaking to Arona and the team. They also offer affordable and competitive commission rates if you are thinking of selling the property.

An excellent estate agency with proven management experience in the local area. Community based agents working to improve the St James street area. They showed me a ton of properties and clearly knew the area, they kept us informed about our offers and despite losing out On a few places they secured us a lovely home for me and my mum. They let the contractors in occasionally by agreement, more than other agents have done when we have not been around. We pick up our local E list from their office and have a catch up about the local market . I see them cycling around all the time for the past few years and enjoying mini Holland. Highly recommend
