Dealing with Carter & Willow was a wonderful experience. During the purchase we were worried about few things but they handled them very efficiently. The whole process from start to end was without any trouble. When we viewed the property one of the team members showed us everything in detail and answered all the questions on spot. She presented all the facts and did not try to overstate anything. When we placed our offer we were told that what our position and from that point the entire process was simple and efficient. Whenever we contacted them our emails were replied, our solicitors were responded. There was a chain involved but everything completed on time without any issue. I must say Carter & Willow are the best agents I have ever dealt with. Reliable , Professional and Trustworthy.

I have moved 4 times since I have moved to Nottingham, each time with a different agency. I can honestly say MS Estates has by far been the outstanding agency that I have had the pleasure of working with, they were extremely responsive, transparent and overall professional. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a new place. Although we didn't get the property we wanted to rent, we would like to highly recommend MS Estates since they were really helpful and professional during the process. The viewing was really nice, they answered all our questions and they were super responsive. We got our holding deposit back extremely quickly and Becky was superb with this process. They have really good quality properties in the Lenton area and the prospective landlady was lovely and really nice. I think is important to highlight the great experience we had during the process as few agencies have this professionalism. As an international and mixed raced couple working/studying abroad we really appreciate how helpful and friendly you were to us.

Just signed our tenancy agreement with this estate agent, very good experience so far. Simple, easy and responsive.
