Myself and partner dealt with Karina - one of the property managers who was fantastic with us throughout the process of letting a flat. Responded to our many queries quickly and clearly and made the process much easier.

I can highly recommend Ryan Enright at Beresford Residential. He provided an excellent service from the valuation all the way until completion. He was always responsive and provided solid advice throughout the whole process. He was understanding with my questions, showed a lot of patience and I always felt very important. We just sold our flat with Beresford residential in Brixton. Shelly Ann Spencer was our contact and she has been fantastic. It was a long and difficult process and we are very grateful to her as we would have never been able to sold it without her. She found the right buyers. She had been very good at keeping contact with both solicitors, the buyers and us to keep us updated and make things move forward at every step of the process to make it happen. Based in France we could not come to the flat but she took care of everything until it was sold.

Scam, the worse agency that I ever found in ages, very unprofessionals. Never answer the phone, liars.

Being homeless would be better than using this scam agency. My house is leaking so much it’s like a monsoon. The agency is rude and ignores me when I ask them to repair the house. Sometimes they send cheap workers to repair things but they make everything worse.

Absolutely useless. BEFORE moving in: Failed to provide an inventory of the house, got the contract wrong twice, didn’t respond to emails, disconnect between landlord and agent, didn’t turn up to an essential viewing. AFTER moving in: Haven't given keys to all the tenants (2 weeks after moving in), ignored and dodged phone calls, impossible to get hold of (agent mobile or office phone). Do yourself a favour and find a real estate agents, not one’s that will drop off the face of the earth once they have your money.

They have been managing 1 of my flats for over 5yrs now. The lady who runs this business is a good person. She keeps up to her promises and has never fallen short of making rent payment to me. I hope this 5STAR services continues. Thanks

I will not be looking for a rental with YourMove again. I have had to give my notice in for my property where I live in order to get a landlord reference. The landlord backed out last minute, the second property, I had to call numerous times in order to find out the property might not even be on the market any longer. My property has now been taken by another future tenant. I had a viewing today and have dragged my sister all the way from West London who has cancer to view it with me. Once I have arrived at the property I was told that the landlord no longer wants it on the market and the price has been increased. You have really messed me about and put me in a situation where I may be potentially homeless. I will definitely not recommend YourMove to anyone as you have put me in a vulnerable situation, only to benefit you. They will tell you they will ‘call you right back’ and will never call you back. No matter how many times you call an agent, their colleagues will cover for them and say they’re not in the office for the day and not long after they will answer the phone themselves. They will never respond to your emails either. Don’t waste your time, effort and money with this agency. Would love to give 0 stars. I bet no one from YourMove will respond to this.

Horrible people, scamming clients in the mid of the Covid-19 crisis, taking advantage of the situation. Stay away, I was forced to live in mouldy apartment and lost a lot of money due to their lack of responsiveness and intentionally misinforming the tenants.

Absolutely awful experience with this estate agents. Took them multiple months to respond to and fix problems we had with our property; claimed we had made thousands of pounds of damage to the property, and then when this was refuted they overcharged me a fee to get said deposit back. Avoid at all costs unless you want awful property management.

I'd definitely recommend Your Move Pereira. They are very professional and trustworthy. They helped me to buy and a few years later sell my property. The whole process on both occasions was quick, but with no pressure to accept an offer. Everything was done in a very transparent manner with regular update and feedback. I would chose Your Move Pereira again in future.

Be very careful with this company. They failed to complete a check in report when we moved in despite our requests for them to do so. They then proceed to fake a check in report when we told them we would move out. With the help of an inventory company they used old pictures of the property and fraudulently dated them as being taken at the time of my check in to mock up a report. It was impossible that the pictures were taken on the dates stated. They then held back part of my deposit based on this fake check in report and DPS gave them part of the deposit because the fake report looked real as they have faked it with an "independent" inventory company. Force this company to do their job, and don't allow them to rip you off like we did. Wish we had done our own inventory when we moved in. Also the property we rented was given to us in the most disgusting condition despite our requests for them to clean it prior to us moving in. Part of their claim on our deposit was that we hadn't professionally clean it before moving out!!! The audacity of this company is disgusting.

I rented a flat in London managed by Queensbray for around 3.5 years, and they have been fantastic throughout the tenancy period. Jack in particular has been exceptionally responsive, understanding and helpful, not only during the tenancy, but also as the tenancy came to an end. From a tenant's perspective I would certainly recommend them.

Finished renting with them for 4 years with no problems. They are the only humanized letting agency I've come across.They are very respectful of tenants (most will know how rare this is in an agency) and non-intrusive. Jack was an excellent property manager (along with George and Jeena in the beginning) & I look forward to renting with them next time. Cannot recommend these guys enough, I hope they stick to there great practices as the business grows.

Spent a year in a Queensbray Studio, size was amazing and good value for money, especially in London. A few hiccups at the beginning which got resolved quickly and efficiently. Queensbray property manager Jack is absolutely amazing so helpful,replies to emails quickly always takes your calls when you have an issues or queries and is just an absolute STAR! If you want a good size property and a property manager who actually cares- Queensbray is the place to go.
