The best agency we have worked with. They care about the tenants as well not only about the landlords. Pros. Good properties and the right price. Very professional and helpful. In their hand your are safe. We would recommend to anyone. Good prices, rather cheap in compassion with other agencies. Cons Professional cleaning for check out is mandatory. However, the property was very clean on check in so I guess is fair. Advice from our experience Be careful to discuss in time the extension of your agreement(if you wish so), so you don't put yourself in a weak position with the landlord. Landlords will try to rip you off there is no doubt about that. Be careful on what company you select for check out professional cleaning, they are rather expensive and dismissive knowing that you must take them on board.

I rented a flat managed by Webster and Darby for a year. I have fairly low expectations of letting agencies and yet Webster and Darby still managed to constantly surprise me with how unprofessional, incompetent and rude they were. They truly seem to have no concern for the safety or comfort of their tenants. Stay away if at all possible.

Horrible experience by being charged for no reason. Holding deposit is not a agency fee . And failing references is not a reason to keep holding deposit. Be aware ! Sami will talk and Steve will charge you with prohibited agency's fees.
