Excellent service. Recently sold a property through Andrew Stevens (dealt with Angelo). Well marketed, created lots of interest which resulted in a healthy amount of viewings which were conducted by Angelo as the property was empty who kept me fully informed of events. Lazy staff, Chris Serghi was especially unreliable, bullying and argumentative. Don't expect a quick response to anything you need them to do, contract, repairs, etc. Will keep you waiting then rush you when they want something. Very shady company. Avoid.

Shocking. They lie to you and they forget what they lied so they lie to you something else. Worse than worst used car salesman. Stay away from them.

Loved my experience with Stephen Gracey estate ! I lived in one of the flats in Palmers Green and everything was really great. After hearing the stories about landlords in London, i was ready for everything, but this was really a great experience. Move in was arranged quickly, all my repairs were auctioned within a week ( with some amazing repair people) and i got the deposit back the next day after my move ( will miss the place). No hassle, all smiles and good times. If you have a chance to work with Chris ( the person i had a pleasure of working with) , you are in a luck :)
