If I could give less than 1* I would. Keatings demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity throughout the entire tenancy, a level previously reserved for the current incumbent of Downing Street. They are a stereotypical estate agent, where the rights and interests of the tenant are a mere inconvenience in their daily operations. It is not a stretch to imagine that they start off each working day reciting Money Money Money by ABBA, such was their desire to drain as much money from their tenants as possible. Avoid like the plague, which is ironic because I would rather have the plague than deal with Keatings again.

This estate agency is extremely poor - refusing viewings on the basis they're 'so busy' and being extremely condescending on the phone to my partner. I would love to know if the clients they are selling flats for know that they're refusing viewings to potential buyers. Will not go near a flat being marketed by this lot going forward!

Very poor! Never got back to me on my viewing until I saw the property was under offer!! Wouldn't use them again!

Dwayne, David and all the folks at Keating Estates have been beyond superb. Incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking my partner and I were able to feel safe in their hands knowing that they were going to get us the perfect tenants to let out our loved and cherished home all the while keeping us informed every step of the way. I cannot express our gratitude and satisfaction in just this review, but will say that if anyone needs reassurance regarding Keating Estates that we hope this helps.

The Herne Hill team were professional, engaging and accommodating during the whole process, helping us to exchange in 7 weeks from receipt of offer. The photos and online virtual tour were particularly impressive. A special mention must go to Vince, who led the sale, for his communication and for being so approachable about any query that we had. Only one good agent at the company that was able to aid me which was Ryan. The rest were quiet obnoxious and rude. Very unreasonable also. Wish I had to only deal with one agent but as a small company they clearly don’t value their reputation enough.

Ben Warren was the estate agent in our recent purchase, and was the most responsive + considerate person in the process. He kept on top of things, making the process take as fast as possible. On top of this, he helped resolve a last minute misunderstanding about what was included in the sale - without him, there was a chance of the sale falling through!

My goodness this company has just provided me with exceptional service from the start. I made an enquiry about a property on their website and was called back the next morning by a very professional advisor called Ryan Rowley. I was then booked into a viewing on the same day and met an outstanding Property Agent, Katy Hudson who is so professional and knowledgeable, and she got the process started quickly once I accepted the property. Burnet & Ware carry out seamless reference checks, mine took a day, and I now have a whole weight lifted off my shoulders. This company are not like other more greedier letting agents who ask for so much money just to move in, or who mess you about. The icing on the cake is their properties are well managed, secure and beautiful I am genuinely impressed, thank you Katy Hudson for your time and effort it has meant a lot to me at a very stressful time. I have been renting my property from Burnett Ware for almost 9 years now, they have always gone above and beyond to assist me with all aspects of my rented property. However, this time they have completely surpassed all expectations when my boiler broke down - the plumber came out to me on Christmas Day when there were a few issues and this week the boiler completely shut down :( The team at Burnett and Ware ensured that I was supplied with a temporary heater, I had access to a vacant property whereby I was able to keep myself clean and most importantly they were all there for me during my tears and kept me calm throughout. I couldn't recommend this estate agents enough.

In comparison we really see the value Winkworth provided. During the sale process, Simon was proactive and moved things forward. He was a good communicator, honest and transparent with us and I believe our buyers. He was a good negotiator and kept things cool when both sides were under pressure approaching exchange. All these qualities enabled us to get things over the line to exchange, in a what was a particularly challenging time to sell in London.
