Our staffs works christmas do, we chose Granvilles in Stone and the Chef & Staff didn't disappoint us. Amazing night had food delicious and extremely well presented. Thankyou to Granvilles for a wonderful evening for our staff do for The Shed, Maybank. Excellent xx

A lively place on a Saturday night. Food was really good, wife had sea bass and I hadfish and chips both were excellent - on the latter the batter was thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The live band were really good, the matrix, playing some old school dance hits. If you eat there you not only avoid entrance fee later but also get a seat!

Unfortunately couldn’t give 0 stars, Unprofessional at all, avoid them! I’ve been 2 years in tenancy with that estate, never missing one payment even during the Covid-19 as was in furlough. Left me and flat mates without oven for almost 5 months, every email sent it they just ignored until my last day in. Afterwards they just ask moneys for some damage in the house and deep cleaning. Perfect right about the professional cleaning as may be not clean in professional, but what about be charged £40 for a windows handle?! Also nobody apologies too or make any discount due the oven issue. Great job Foxton, doesn’t matter which branch but I’ll never choose and advise again.

I have really enjoyed the process of viewing properties with Foxtons although I didn't end up purchasing a property with them. The service has been really efficient with excellent communications and friendly, reliable team. Jason Clarkson has been the main contact and has been amazing, wonderful to work with and very impressed with the service. Thank you Jason! I originally appointed a prominent estate agents with a heavy advertising campaign, hoping to save money. The marked difference between this agent and dealing with Roberto and Kane from Foxtons in Brixton, is priceless. Throughout my property sale they were always professional and knowledgeable and a reassuring presence during the challenging times. I would recommend paying the extra for this level of service because the stress of selling can increase if you don’t have the right estate agent. If I could change anything, I would not have been swayed by any other agent and have used Foxtons first!

If I could give less than 1* I would. Keatings demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity throughout the entire tenancy, a level previously reserved for the current incumbent of Downing Street. They are a stereotypical estate agent, where the rights and interests of the tenant are a mere inconvenience in their daily operations. It is not a stretch to imagine that they start off each working day reciting Money Money Money by ABBA, such was their desire to drain as much money from their tenants as possible. Avoid like the plague, which is ironic because I would rather have the plague than deal with Keatings again.

This estate agency is extremely poor - refusing viewings on the basis they're 'so busy' and being extremely condescending on the phone to my partner. I would love to know if the clients they are selling flats for know that they're refusing viewings to potential buyers. Will not go near a flat being marketed by this lot going forward!

Dwayne, David and all the folks at Keating Estates have been beyond superb. Incredibly friendly, helpful and hardworking my partner and I were able to feel safe in their hands knowing that they were going to get us the perfect tenants to let out our loved and cherished home all the while keeping us informed every step of the way. Marsh and Parsons were excellent in helping me look for a flat. As a first time buyer the process seemed daunting, but James Gallagher made the process enjoyable, providing a superb professional service. James and the Marsh and Parsons team were always available to answer my questions, listened to my requirements and ensured that I was only shown flats which fit what I was looking for, and made sure that I got to see flats as soon as they hit the market. I just bought my first flat with Marsh & Parsons! It’s such a stressful process to go through, but Sam made it really easy for me, answering any questions I had really quickly and guiding me through the whole timeline from offers to completion. He was really fab communicating with the sellers and chasing things for me, everything went really smoothly! I didn’t feel lost or confused at any point in the process, which was amazing because I know other people that really struggled buying their first property. I’d definitely recommend asking for him if you call the branch! The whole team are lovely, thank you to M&P for everything!

I started out listing my property with a local independent as I thought the service and value would be better. However after getting no viewings for the first two weeks I decided to take a different approach. Marsh and parsons were extremely straightforward and professional from the beginning, with a good approach to valuing and marketing the property. Within a couple of weeks we had two offers at asking price. They made the entire process as quick and painless as possible. Jack and Sam were lovely to work with.

We have been with Kings Acvomodation for a number of years but have had to jointly agree to terminate our managennt agreement and switch agents due to a number of reasons, including them taking monies without our authorisation. This was taken to the property ombudsman and we were compensated as they upheld our complaint. We have now just submitted a second complaint to the property ombudsman as they decided to again take money from our rental without our knowledge to take out an insurance policy we did not want or need and are again refusing to refund this money to us. They also gave our details to this insurance company without our knowledge and consent which again is completely unprofessional and unnecessary.. I am not one for writing damaging reviews and never would without cause.., but I dont want anyone to have the experience we have had to fight and go through the ombudsman to get monies back that are your own and have been taken without your consent... Please be careful when selecting agencies we are now with a different agency and the level of professionalism is brilliant and a breath of fresh air after this terrible experience.... so there are good ones out there.. just not this agent!!!

We had a good start with the agency but after pass a good tenancy period we did the inventory and faced a big bill from the landlord to deduct money from our deposit which it was according to the wrong report of the agency probably to cover their hidden cost! As my case still under process their is no outcome to let you know here but I just want to let other innocent people be aware as only you can protect yourself from the agency fraud. Please take enough picture when you move to a new house from any pore or crack on the wall and floor ,as I did and hopefully now is undoubtable. They will charge you for cleaning the house after your move even if you did so they ask me for £200 +vat to clean 2 room which if I show you the picture of condition of rooms after my cleaning ,you see how they can be cruel and ask to rip your packet ! Finally it is the real case that happened to me and you only need to be carful to deal with this agency once even every thing goes well how people can do the wrong business !
