I used to really like this place when they had the nicer teapots and mugs. Now I feel like they have cheaper mugs, and the menus look cheaper but the prices are still extortionate. I was happier when things looked a bit more traditional. I used to visit all of the time but after my dissapointing most recent visit in February I don't think I'll be back for a while. I wish it was how it used to be.

One of my favourite places in Newcastle. Always a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Lovely staff, tasty drinks and delicious food.

The food is delicious and the variety of tea is incredible! Also the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Couldn't recommend enough. Been a few times now and it doesn't disappoint!

Can't praise Thorgills enough for their help during a recent property purchase, especially Alice and Laura. Alice has always been responsive and friendly, ensuring things have been moving along, and communicating between both parties. Very grateful for your perseverance! Laura has also been very helpful during viewings and following up with answers to questions I had afterwards. Would highly recommend Thorgills as their service was always very professional and personable. Thanks again!

Very pleased with the service from Thorgills, they had multiple viewings lined up within moments of my property going on the market and it went under offer within three weeks. Recently sold a property with Xavi and Co and although it took a lot longer than I'd hoped I was more than happy with the service provided by the team there. In particular Michael the estate agent who responded quickly every time I had questions and helped me in the end to move the slow solicitors into action. Great guy and great estate agents.

I sold my apartment remotely from another country. In the process I found Vik and his team very responsive and trustworthy. They are very knowledgeable in the area and act as the problem solver for their client. Hence I was able to sell my apartment without needing to return to the UK.

Since the first viewing I had with Hunters, till I had finally moved in to my new property, I have had nothing but excellent service and care from the Hunters team. James Shaw has been very professional, responsive and helpful in every way possible. He has made the process of moving very easy and stress free. Unfair in regards to deposit at the end of tenancy, despite leaving the flat in the same state as initially found.

I am a current tenant with Link- Estate. I would not advise any one to rent from them. I was told by the Agent that I will get a parking which is not happend after singing the contract. There is leaking in the room which I was told it was fixed before singing the contract. I was keep calling the agent every day to fix the issue but no response just fake promises. we have 4 washing machine in the property but sadly non of them works. I regret that I rented this room.

Absolutely disgusting service , accepted on a property and the next day got told it was taken by someone else.

BE AWARE OF THESE FRAUDULENT SO CALLED ESTATE AGENTS. They are about as dodgy as the landlords they partner up with to just make money by fraudulent means. Anyone can email me to discuss further and I have evidence to back this all up.
