This is the third time I have used Ellis & Co and their service is second to none. I must admit that I almost used a different agent as my property was Muswell Hill borders, I am so glad I didn't. David was very accommodating and explained everything to us when we had our viewing of the property. We requested some furnitures and the landlord fulfilled our request. Just sold our house in N19 through Hobarts. Tough time to sell a house, but the staff are patient and understanding, and they got the job done. If you want to avoid those national chain estate agents who pour pressure on their staff, and you want a friendly neighbourhood company who understand the local market, these guys are highly recommended.

I was a tenant with Hobarts for 2yrs. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had a difficult landlord, which meant required repairs took a long time to get done and they also tried to withhold our deposit without reason at the end of the tenancy. Hobarts dealt with this very well and fairly. They ensured we received our full deposit back, as we had maintained the flat in the same condition as when we had moved in.
