Just wanted to share the superb customer service I’ve experienced from Vicki at Your Move. Exceptional! As a landlord it’s important to find a suitable tenant and they, a suitable landlord. Vicki kept me up to date from the very start. I was notified of every viewing with accompanying details of each tenant. I truly felt we worked as a team. I then personally interviewed each tenant, with Vicki doing all the necessary paperwork. This can be a stressful process but with Vicki, I felt I was in safe hands. She didn’t fail to deliver. She’s been so thorough and her prompt replies to my queries ensured a seamless, trouble free process. I now have two lovely tenants and that’s thanks to her.
