Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

I'm very happy to recommend the team at Dexters and Edward, who was the main person managing my property. Throughout my time at my apartment, Edward has been very helpful, quick to respond to any issues that I have and very approachable. If you are looking for a flat to rent, I highly recommend using Dexters.

I'm happy to recommend the team at Dexters and Joe who was my main point of contact. Throughout the deal Joe was very helpful, quick to respond and listened very carefully to the requirements I had to rent an apartment. I was pleased that properties I hadn't found in my search were suggested to me, that's how I found the apartment I managed to get.

I was looking to rent a property of mine in this area, and was keen to find tenants quickly. Having reached out to several estate agents, I eventually settled upon Dexters in Bloomsbury. Nothing has made me regret that choice. They have a very strong team who were a joy to deal with. Our main point of contact was Joe, and he is an outstanding agent: professional, knowledgable, responsive, patient and highly effective. He was instrumental in quickly finding tenants, and smoothly guided me through the process. He is a quality professional and a quality human being.

Joe has been the absolute best agent and secured us our dream flat! We never wished to get a place like that! He has been very quick in responding and extremely helpful and patient with our requirements for our flat. Thank you so so much Dexters and Joe in particular for being so kind and professional. We can't recommend Dexters Bloomsbury enough !

Jodeane Smith was honestly the most helpful, kind and thorough estate agent I have ever come across since I moved to London 8 years ago. She helped me to move into the most perfect flat for me in Bloomsbury and was there from start to finish to help with my offer, all of the paperwork and went above and beyond when we had difficulties with my referencing. She never gave up on me and I will forever be grateful for her hard work and dedication to getting me into my first ever solo flat! Legend!

Chris provided great service and was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend this agency. I would also add that Jay has been very responsive and very helpful in dealing with any issues that have arisen during the tenancy (dishwasher replacement, maintenance etc.).

Jay has been assisting us since the very of our tenancy. He has been a very professional and efficient mediator between us and the landlord. Whenever we experienced issues in the flat, the agency was always responsive and keen to help. I would definitely recommend their service!

My experience with Frank Harris & Co. Was brilliant. Particularly Charlotte was instrumental in helping me find my new home. I saw and ad for a flat that I really liked the look of and after enquiring over phone - Charlotte managed to arrange a viewing that same day, and within 5 month we had all the paperwork sorted, and I was ready to move in. Charlotte was a great help, as the process was so quick and there were a lot of papers and references that needed to be processed in a short amount of time. She answered all the questions I had and continuously updated me on the next steps. I'm really pleased with the service Charlotte and the agency provided and I could not be happier in my new home.

Charlotte at Frank Harris was the agent handling my tenancy deal. I couldn’t ask for a more professional and friendly service. Everything was fast, easy and Charlotte was extremely helpful when I needed some guidance. I have a long experience with letting agencies and Frank Harris is by far the best I have had. I recommend Frank Harris if you are looking for a responsive and reliable team who care about their customers.

I had a wonderful experience with Charlotte at Frank Harris. She was extremely responsive, replying in very short order to my message regarding interest in several properties. Due to the current restrictions, a video tour was needed and Charlotte not only did a walk through, she also filmed a video we could watch back later. Our lettings situation was complex, and Charlotte walked us through the process with clear advice at every stage. Whenever little problems cropped up (they always do!) Charlotte was a real problem solver and creatively and quickly resolved them. I recommend her, and Frank Harris. Would definitely use Charlotte's services again.

The toilet didn't work from arrival it overflowed. Television didn't work. Bed was lose and held together with numerous screws. Old broken TV was stored under the rickety bed. Owner of apartments was non responsive to my request for a refund for the night with no toilet. He did move me to a better room the next day at noon. I stayed overnight from 6pm to noon with no toilet.

Me and my wife lived at the Dome for almost 1.5 years as a long-term resident and have just moved out as we moved back to our hometown. We rented a Studio room which features a kitchen and private bathroom, with access to the public kitchen space (located on each floor and only for long-term residents). At first when I was looking for places on spareroom etc to rent as I moved to London to work, I was skeptical of this place because of its location, price and it being a hotel. However it was one of the best decisions I've made in terms of finding accommodation. The staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms are modern and clean with all bills included. Rooms aren't super spacious but enough for a couple to live and you have your own bathroom. Location is easy access to buses and Kentish Town Underground (Northern Line) which go straight to London city centre. There were a few minor issues at first such as shower was going hot and cold but once you report this it gets fixed immediately. Any issues you just email the staff and they get it fixed quickly. There is also a car park at back which you can rent if needed. Cannot recommend this place enough as London rent is so high (especially if you're using spareroom rental site where you're more than likely have to share a bathroom or pay bills) whereas The Dome, which is operated by The Collective for long-term lets, includes all bills, broadband etc so really great value for money. Hands down would recommend to anyone.

Great place to attend ad well as friends staff. The atmosphere is great and very vibrant and welcoming. I recommend you to attend and enjoy your day. Check for traffic and road closures as it can get different to navigate die to traffic.

Not sure I'd splash out for the higher rate room again, difficult to see what you get for it. Wet room bathroom design needed a bit of work but a pleasant enough room. Staff were very friendly and are a definite positive.

Really lovely little rooms, but the environment was so noisy, I'm not sure who or why there was doors slamming and wheels being rolled multiple times up and down a hardwood floor outside our door at 3 and 5am, it sounded like someone wasn't sure if they were coming or going. We suspected that it was other guests just not knowing how much noise they were making but we could also hear loud conversations in the halls, Carpet in the corridor would help dull the sounds, I was worried someone tried to open our room door at one point which I'm sure was by mistake but it doesn't lend to a good nights rest sadly. We would happily stay again, I'm sure it was noisy customers who were the cause of the disturbance.

Kais at GLP, is one of the best agent I met in my search for an apartment. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is supported by his manager Megan who is amazing as well. As a new individual just moving to London, they made my process to get an apartment in Marylebone quick and efficient with their knowledge and professionalism. I was impressed with the entire process and how they handled it I highly recommend Kais for your next apartment search

Becky Hill from GLP was the most friendly and helpful agent I've experienced while living in London. As a prospective tenant, it really felt like she was in our corner, advocating for us to the landlord. We didn't end up getting the property we applied for, but my experience with Becky was so positive that I still wanted to leave a review.

I was buying a property through Keatons. Few days before the exchange my solicitor discovered that the vendor has been issued section 20 and if I were to go ahead with the purchase, the cost of almost 90K will be my responsibility! I was pretty shocked, tried contacting the agent at Keatons whom had reassured me that there were not outstanding service charges unpaid and all the costs of existing repair works to the building have been accepted by the current owner. Unfortunately, Keatons’s agent never responded to my emails and telephone calls. When the vendor’s solicitor was confronted by my solicitor about this matter, the vendor claimed that he had already informed Keatons and believed they should have communicated this to me prior to me making an offer! I had to start my search all over again in which I came across Fyfe Mcdade through a property that I found online. From the first instance that I met Tom at the property I felt comfortable. He was clear, honest and knowledgeable. He explained in details everything I needed to know about the building, the apartment and anything he was not sure about, he would later find out and communicate with me. I didn’t feel pushed in making quick decision. He advised me to take my time and was happy to show me the property as many times as I needed. From the beginning, until the completion my experience with every single member of Fyfe Mcdade was amazing. They made me feel comfortable to call them anytime as many times as needed and communicated between the vendor and myself so clearly. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with the team at Fyfe Mcdade specially Tom and Sacha, they made the entire process of buying the flat which I very much love easy and fun. From the moment I expressed my serious interest, they did not show the apartment to anybody else, unlike many other agents which often do. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and yet extremely informal. I can compare my experience to shopping from a large supermarket or my local organic shop! Hopefully they take this as a complement because I love nothing more than food shopping from my local amazing organic shop. Thank you guys once again

I’m a nurse and this agency especially Isabella bent over backwards to help accommodate our needs. This has been a new experience for me in London as agencies can sometimes be a bit dodgy. Fyfe Mcdade was the opposite and I felt very secure in my discussions leading to the house I’m in now. I will be sure to use them going forward. Thank you again Isabella!

Searching for flats with Keil from Fyfe McDade was a very enjoyable experience. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the properties we visited. He was responsive and flexible, which was a huge help throughout the process. An overall positive experience and would definitely recommend using them (ask for Keil!).

Best Agency in the entire East London. I've been living in London for 4 years and my experience with Fyfe McDade has been really impressive compared with all the agencies I dealt with. Reliable and super kind staff, ready to take care of you. 5 stars.
