Finding a good flat to share with 3 people has proved to be a lot of effort but Johns&Co definitely made the experience easier. We are delighted to have moved to a place which feels like a home. We have found the flat in a fantastic condition and we received a really detailed professional inventory which was so great to see after being used to the lower standards of living in student houses. The people here, in particular Agnes Pogozelske, are so quick to reply and help us with any questions we might have. We are still young but this has definitely been the best experience working with a real estate agency so far.

The entire process went seamlessly. I rented a studio apartment from James Udrzal at London City Island, and his facilitation of the process was absolutely excellent. He was extremely responsive at all hours over WhatsApp, and very professional. I trusted them so much I was even comfortable to rent without seeing the property, and am very pleased with what they delivered me. 5 stars. Agnes Pogozelske was absolutely amazing with facilitating the required documents. Everything went seamlessly. She was extremely responsive and dedicated, replying to my emails even on a Sunday. I am extremely impressed with her facilitation of the entire tenancy and definitely will use Johns&Co again because of Agnes and James.
