Rented an apartment with Scott City for a year and throughout my tenancy they were very helpful, quick to respond to my emails and calls and generally nice people. Had no problems prior to moving in and they returned the deposit very quickly after the move out. I’d definitely recommend this agency.

Scotty City managed the residential property that I rented in central London over the last three years. The team were always friendly, quick to respond, and conscientious about taking care of practical and administrative matters. Some friends who have rented in London truly can't believe what I tell them about how positive and easy-going Scott City have been. My experience has been the polar opposite of all those nightmare cases of renters being treated like dirt. I'm extremely grateful to this company for making my last few years as a renter in London an easy and positive experience.

I let a flat via this agency in London. My agent was Deimante. She was friendly, professional and very responsive. After the let was completed, they followed up with emails to check on the property, which was great! Overall a positive experience.

My experience with Benham & Reeves has left me with a torned mind. There are a few individuals that provided beyond excellent service @Deimante @Anne-Marie @Rosie and it has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. They have extended a very professional and helpful approach at any given time. However, the apartment was very dirty upon arrival and had many features which weren't working (The toilet was clogged upon arrival and took three weeks to get taken care of + one of the hubs on the stove does not work although I've been living in the flat for two months). I do wish that maintenance would be given a higher priority.

Have had a look at your listing on Rightmove, your pricing is more than 20% more than your counterparts, why is that ?Are you trying to scam people into paying more ? Please follow the market.
