I must say that I have been very impressed with Acorn's professional service throughout the recent sale of a property that I was involved in. The process was long and filled with ups and downs as you would expect during these unprecedented times. One thing that did not waiver was Acorn's professionalism. This was constant throughout and allowed the vendor to have a breath of fresh air from time to time. The vendor and I worked with quite a lot of Agents on this property and the fact that we completed under Acorn's instruction is testament to their superior service. For my next property venture, Acorn would be the first Agent of call and I strongly recommend them to any vendor.

My family had a viewing with Nathan Robinson. Nathan showed a lot of interest with us as well as with the process. He talked us through everything we needed to know in the house, and answered all our questions. He was very efficient from the beginning to the end. He also sent me an email shortly and a call the following morning after the viewing for our feedback on the property. This is not something i get very often from other agents i have dealt with in the past. Thank you Nathan.for everything. Very Professional throughout.

Hammond property service are very good on first impressions but that's as far as they go. Communitation are slow and not efficient. I rent a property and left it in great condition, better then when I got in, Hammond property service try to keep the majority of my deposit I had dispute they request with the inventory, pictures and emails and the agency decided to stop communicating. This was 8 months ago. I now have to go to a solicitor and pay for a letter to ask the agency to respond to the DPS to dispute my request further or release the remain of my deposit. If you rent from Hammond property service make sure you go through the inventory properly and send any picture disputing anything that you don't agree on the inventory and don't expect to have your deposit quick and without a fight.

We had a really positive experience of this company. Our house sale fell right at the start of lockdown 2020 and every step of the way we were supported and guided. The staff are responsive and friendly with a genuine care for us as a family. Charlotte was on hand every step of the way and held our hands as we navigated covid19 together. I can't rate these guys highly enough.
