Very unprofessional, didn't follow government guidelines for covid safe. No sanitizer nor did the agent wear a mask. Even though other families waiting outside to view property. We were honest with the agent about our situation and followed all the rules needed to rent a property we even had a guarantor. With the response from the agent was you lied this was unprofessional and rude. With this explained everything and she still continued for us to sign the form and take the holding deposit very quickly and then no response until 2 weeks later. Avoid

Chloe, Sanam and the team were brilliant in helping us get a tenant for the flat. Having had issues elsewhere we came to them and they had it sorted within a week! Highly recommend. Thanks guys

10/10 - I have use Parris Residential to manage the tenancy of my property while I was overseas and then to sell the property. They are extremely quick to respond to emails, thorough and they genuinely care about their clients. Selling a house from the other side of the world is very challenging but they were there every step of the way. I don't think you get that personalised service, every day of the week from the larger firms. Very glad I chose them!!

I have just purchased my perfect home with Amy Anderson from The Property Cloud and I honestly could not have asked for a better Estate Agent to purchase my property with. We recently sold our property with Property Cloud and are so happy with the service that the team provided. We heard of Aaron through a recommendation by a friend. When he came for the first visit to explain the process, he was so honest and friendly. Nothing like the other estate agents we spoke to. The fee was really good value for money considering we had professional photography and a video tour which proved to be very useful during the lockdown. We got updates from Aaron on how the marketing was going which was helpful. Pam and Amy were lovely and really helped to sell our flat. They were very positive to all prospective buyers. All offered invaluable advice to help us sell quickly as well. The communication really sets them apart. When we were getting closer to completion Aaron helped communication going across the whole chain. I’m still not sure how he managed it but it really helped with the stress levels and to keep things progressing.
