A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Very bad service. Lost a property due to agent's inactivity/misinformation. Conducted a viewing on Saturday, we took a liking to one of the houses. Agent showing us the property mentioned that it is her last day and if we want to rent the property we have to speak to the office on Monday (as she doesn't know much details not to mention that she showed up 20min late; very "I dont care attitude"). Sent an email on Sunday (2x - just so they can pick it up on Monday) called first thing on Monday (9am) that we want to put down holding deposit. Took my details and was told I will be called back. Called again 2 hours later - Took my details again, "The agent popped out out of the office, will call you back once she is back" Called again 1.5 hours after that "I think someone put down the deposit on the house just now, let me get your details and will call you back, I need to check". So essentially someone paid the deposit, while I was waiting for callback while I chased it 3x. (Was told they showed interest on Saturday but as agent told us to speak to the office on Monday, so we did) Edit after reply: - Information provided by your agent at the time was to contact the office on Monday. - Despite showing interest we were not adviced that "Landord will operate first come - first serve" and that we need to act immediately. (In many instances landlors choose from aplicants.) - If we were given full information we might have acted upon that. - Being ingored for several hours and having to chase the office 4x (no callback received, no email reply) conveniently ignored in the below reply. As you mentioned in the reply, these properties are high interest and every minute counts yet no interest was shown from your side (considering you already had a tenant sorted replying was not that urgent) Bottom line, lesson learned. We will now be doing viewings with "checkbook" in hand.

As 4 years tenant from Field&May, I have been very pleased to see Erestina still there an going on assisting us after their fusion. She has been always attentive, loyal and professional and to her specifically will give 5 stars because she listens to the client effectively and empathetically. The reason of my 4 stars though goes to the overall discutible choice of the shared tenancies. More than once they brought in people that easily sneaked their rules and we had previously been told those "are good" as to shut us up so we couldn't neither complaint to advice them of what was going on. As we are not the only one who left cause of that, I think there is room for emprouvement and I am sure they will find a better way to match the tenancies and bring the difficult cases to the management, not leave them to the agents' shoulders, and this has been the only reason why we moved elsewhere. So our special thanks to Erestina for the difficult situation she had to deal with..and still will cause psychopaths are never easy to manage. All our hugs to her and appreciation ALSO to the new in Livio.

Lee Ingram at Anthony Martin Bexley branch sold our house and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He has a way of making the experience seem so smooth & calm, all in a really personable & friendly way. The experience of having our house valued by Lee was so quick & simple and the photographer who then came around separately, was again so friendly & efficient, we couldn't believe how quickly it was done. We were lucky that our house sold very quickly but Lee was open & honest with us when it came to deciding which buyer to go with and we genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart and thanks to him, with the correct buyer our sale went through really quickly. Recently purchase a flat in Bexley Village. The whole process went smoothly despite how busy Estate Agents and Solicitors have been with a rush to buy or sell due to current stamp duty relief. Lee Ingram the branch manager was excellent throughout the process as he kept me updated and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Always been decent to me. Friendly service on each occasion I have had contract renewal meetings with them. They do their job as instructed by my landlord... It's not mine or their fault that my landlord is a businessman intent on making as much money as he can without realising the repercussions of his greed on his tenants.

Renting the place was so quick and easy I wish I had the same experience in my later renting experiences. Dominique was even able to allow me and my flatmate to move in earlier than planned, sparing us both extra nights in the hotel. 100% would recommend!
