PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY. The photos of the room didn`t reflect the reality, what I found was a total mess. They tried not to give the deposit back, they said their account was blocked and kept the money longer than supposed to. And finally they decided to give it as cash, they deducted GBP 50 as so called "cleaning money" while the room I found was a total mess. I am pretty sure they didnt use that money to clean after me.

I will let the pictures and videos speak for themselves. I know this agency provides cheap accommodation, but it is not worth it. The reason there are positive reviews is that they often bring up the topic of the deposit in exchange for a good review.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If you don’t want to go through the worry and hassle and expense that I did then stay away from this company. I handed over £1400 to secure a room in a flat that was being refurbished. 6 days before I was due to move in, I went to see the flat again. The refurbishments weren’t finished, someone was living in the room I was supposed to have and the one I was now being asked to move into had a broken wardrobe and exposed wiring coming out of the wall. The kitchen had no microwave, toaster, kettle, etc., the cooker had no extractor fan, the fridge-freezer was comically small for four people and the washing machine wasn’t plugged into the wall but via an extension lead that was directly under the sink. I decided not to move in and requested my £700 deposit back. I never got it and so started the procedures for a court judgement to get all my money back. My phone calls and texts to Thamlet Estates were ignored. They ignored the court judgement so I then had to get a third-party debt order. I started the whole process in February 2020 and didn’t see a penny until August 2020. I finally got my first months rent and deposit back but there wasn’t enough money in their account to reclaim all my court fees. Thamlet Estates never contested the court case. AVOID!! I should’ve noticed all the red flags but chose to ignore them. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Thamlet estates is a great agency, I have been with them for some times. They have been a great help during Covid.

I have lived there for almost 4 years and had no problems. They were super kind and cool. The deposit was returned to me almost right after I left. I recommend them!

I completely agree with Elida and Andrea! the flats are so old, damaged and the prices are too high for the condition of the flats and rooms. The agency is not helping straight away when we have issues and we have to contact them several days before get help. i don't recommend it at all. they only have so much rush when it comes to rent the room to the first person. they are not professional.

Great agency! My agent Tommaso was incredibly helpful (a friendly and professional guy) helped me quickly find the apartment I needed at an honest price. I've rent for one year with Legends, they always tried to do their best to find me the right place at the right time. You can have good communication with them. Super straightforward, quick replies and easy to use. Legends has options with gret value and low prices (Good manteinance and good cleaning) especially now they have offers to help you to move in the right place, as they did with me. Now I'm leaving the country. When I'll be back, I'll get in touch with Legends again.

One of the worst experience in London so far. First of all the house was dirty and not ready for the staying and also waited long time for some maintenance. I had to wait for my deposit and in the end I had to send an email for my money even if I followed all the procedure which was explained in my contract. Awful experience and I wouldn’t’ recommend this agency to anyone. I have to mentioned Edoardo is been the only one who looked after me and he was really helpful and polite.

Honestly the best estate agents around in London, especially Sam who went above and beyond. From having my first initial conversation to viewing a property - the team worked incredibly hard to move me in within 4 days! (including signing all the paperwork) They achieved my tight deadline and kept me in the loop every step of the way. If you are looking to rent in London, look no further as you will not receive the high quality service offered by Estateology anywhere else (& believe me I've dealt with many when I was searching around). I am pleased to share the experience we had with Estateology, our rent has been managed by Abu and Samiul who were really outstanding throughout all the process. One of the worst Letting Agency in London. At the beginning, the interaction with this agency was good and promising. We visited the property in East London but the tenants were still at the property so we couldn't walk everywhere and see the small details about the flat. When asked about: how big is the property, what are the providers, how long is the contract for the only answer we got is "I'm not sure". We still decided to rent out the place with a promise of it being cleaned after the tenants were moved out. I had no idea that with this agency "cleaned out" means that the property will be in very bad shape with mould in 3 different rooms, ants in the kitchen and a very horrible scent coming from the fridge. I contacted the agency and they provided me with the Landlord number, after she arrived she had no idea of the damages and problems within the property. Agency lied to us and the landlord about taking care of the flat. They lied about getting a professional cleaner before our moving in date. When the agent called me after talking to the landlord he was surprised that we wanted the property to be painted as well and have the walls fixed, because I only requested "cleaning". I will never use their services and don't recommend anyone. STAY OUT FROM THIS AGENCY - DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES WITH GABRIEL THE AGENT

I rented my new flat through Kings Group - highly recommended! My main point of contact Gabriel was very helpful, friendly and answered professionally all my questions (and to be fair I made loads of them). He even helped me out to move my stuff into the flat which was very kind! Honestly, I have had some bad experiences in the past with lettings agents but Gabriel’s phenomenal service during the whole process proved me that there are still some professional real estate agencies in the market.

Kings Group provided an excellent service from start to finish during our process of letting out our flat. I've had good and bad experiences with this agency. I rented with them for 2 years. The renting process was quite easy and straight forward. During the tenancy, they were on top of the problems we encountered. It was a little bit confusing who to contact at times, the way they split the responsibilities with the landlord is confusing; but things got fixed and problems resolved. The end of the tenancy was a nightmare. Kier was unhelpful and I had to chase him for weeks before being able to get my deposit back (over a month after moving out). It is honestly a shame, and ruined my experience with them completely.

I received great support from Kier Hawkins on the sale of my flat, he was always available for queries and quick to respond. Initially we struggled with the flat being over-valued, and a lack of viewings, but the buyer we got was perfect in the end. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible during a pandemic!

I have used Just Move Property as a tenant for the last few years and have therefore moved into several of their properties. They make you feel important and part of their family as quite often, I'd end up walking past and just pop in for a chat! Repairs to the properties I've stayed in have always been carried out by professionals in a timely fashion and I've been constantly impressed by their attentive attitudes to professionalism throughout. I have used some of the larger 'well known' agencies in years gone by, but typically you are just a number to them and they have no compassion towards you once you've moved into one of their properties.
