They managed it all with courtesy, professionalism, a positive attitude, prompt responses to our queries, and a frankly astounding number of viewings. Made an appointment for a viewing and requested paper version of the property, viewing for my mum who doesn't have a computer to look online, never received, asked for one at the viewing, not got a copy on the day. Requested again from the viewing, never received or a follow up call. I would not use Heywood's when selling, if they can't follow up on viewers or send out/give out details when requested, simple actions I would have thought.

Hi my name is Rose Janice. i am living in Ainger Road London NW3 managed by Kernahans Property. In front of my house the roads have too many pot holes and due to that its pretty hard to walk and drive. These are becoming an eyesore to all the residents and I find it unsafe because when it rains it fills the hole and it appears to be invisible to the drivers. We already have reported this matter to assistant a week ago but no actions taken as of this writing. He was so arrogant it wasn't even worth the conversation. It's such a worse place for living.
