The staff has been very friendly and helpful especially during viewing. The flat is in amazing condition, as presented. We had some issues with one of the shelves, but the staff and the landlord were quick to respond. The other issue we've had is, we were told the gym and swimming pool facilities were included in the rent, but had to pay £45 per person for the induction session. My partner and I would have liked to be told about this fee in advance.

The team has been exceptional throughout our moving process. We love our new property which by the way was in a fantastic condition. Well, where to start.. we have been looking for a new property to rent in Central London for at least a couple of months. We viewed so many different places that I lost count, and all of them were lacking something that didn’t make them the right place for us. Until we came across London Capital Homes, and boy what a pleasing experience that was! Upon our viewing, we met Oliver. He is a professional person and helped us through the entire process to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible. We viewed the property late evening. However, Oliver made sure that it got processed the same evening and got back to us within a couple of hours of viewing the property. Since then, Oliver helped us with all the questions we had prior to moving in, and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and responsiveness. Keep up the great job!

I don't write reviews often and never wrote review for real estate agent (if I did it will be pretty average as i often struggle with estate agents) but Brian at London Capital Homes has been really, really good helping me to secure a flat and explaining me all the steps necessary to do so. I moved flats this week and as it so happened, I had mixed up moving days. When I wanted to collect the keys and finally realised that I was two days too early, I was close to a nervous breakdown, as my old flat got already completely emptied and the packers needed their van and had already other jobs the following days. Outstanding service and fantastic customer experience in renting and selling property. When I bought my property I was desperate to rent out as soon as possible. Dishonest & nonresponsive agent. Avoid!

Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, worst ever agency. After a complete invasion of personal privacy, taking all my personal and passport details, every single assets information, they approved my application, only to tell me that the tenancy is withdrawn. It wasted hours of my time, energy and a complete invasion of privacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Don't waste your time with this agency. It's a non responsive, unprofessional firm which doesn't care about their client needs and doesn't work hard to create optionality for their landlords. I worked with them on a house rental we were keen on and after two days of trying to get answers from them, they let the house to another client and didn't even engage us to get another offer. Overall a very dissapointing experience.

We’re positively impressed with this agency. We recently let our flat in Chelsea through Edmond and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very fast compared to usual agents in London. He definitely does not lose any time, getting things done immediately most of the time. He did everything, found an engineer for a new gas check, fixed our kitchen with a handyman and the cleaning team almost teletransported themselves to our flat.

I would avoid this estate agent at all cost. I hired them to rent my flat on Cadogan Square and the tenant that they put into the flat stop paying after the first year. I had to get them evicted and hire lawyers to get past due rent. I am owed £50k. Lazy due diligence was done on the tenant, no real background checks, no copies of passports. The tenant's name was Alexandra Katrina Williams. Ayrton Wylie have been no help. The collected their fees and ran away from the situation.

The team at Ayrton Wylie are the best around. Will did a great job selling a short lease flat, complemented by Tim on the lettings side who made sure it was always generating an income. Strongly recommended.
