We have just moved in to our new home which we purchased via Savills and we sold our flat through them too. We had a great experience working with Liz at the branch in Chiswick. She is professional, cheerful, very on the ball and did a fabulous job of keeping us and our Buyers on top of all the paperwork. Liz always responded to our queries promptly and managed to deal with our Buyers rather slow solicitor. Throughout the whole rather stressful period, Liz was nothing but charming and she was incredibly good at keeping us all calm and moving things along and we could not recommend her more highly.

All very nice to start with but once they decided to give eviction for the property they lied that it was because of missed placed rubbish.🤨 Management are terrible as they don't return calls, don't reply to emails, ignored requests to come sort out the mould in my daughter's room. Then i found out that they lied to universal credit saying i owe them rent so they were getting extra money from me and until today the company has not replied or explained themselves. Went to court for the eviction and I've been made to pay for the court fees of £500! Absolutely fraudsters!!! Stay away from capital housing

I recommend Capital Housing to everyone, being a landlord they take care of absolutely everything efficiently and give you full peace of mind. I dealt with Beatrice who has been outstanding and professional at all times. A big thank you to the whole company.

This company have been good, reliable tenants, on the whole. They have proved friendly and professional in their dealings with us. They did some basic but professional-standard repairs and decoration at the time of handover of occupants at their own expense and without prompting. It can sometimes seem as though they are a little over-stretched on the ground, but this has never been a big problem.

We have had Capital as tenant of large house in Ealing for a few years now, and we have enjoyed a very good relationship from the start. Working with a company with its own management team and reliable contractors has made managing the property a great deal easier than it might have been had we let to private individuals. Rent has been paid on time and all proceeds smoothly with minimum effort. Highly recommended.

We've decided to ask Capital Housing Associates to help us managing 2 properties 3 years ago. We couldn't be happier with their service. Terrible service received by a representative of this company. I would give no stars if that was an option. Ignored an email to view the house, then I chased it and got an appointment. Was very abrupt tried blindingly obvious sales techniques that were laughable. Told me It was going to Auction if no offer was made by the end of the week, told me the owners wanted it sold within 4 weeks, I did make an offer on email, proving I had the finance in place ( As I was told to). didn't even get a reply. Worried because I sent my passport and bank statements and was told he had received it - God knows why he didn't acknowledge it, was very unprofessional. Considering I was told it had to be sold within four weeks, and an offer had to be made by the end of the week, it took 2 days short of 4 weeks to decline my offer. This I was only informed of because I chased them. I raised my offer by email - Again no reply so I called to confirm receipt to which I was told someone made an offer the day before which was accepted. Funny how an offer was accepted so quick when I was told it was a company that owned it and they always took up to 4 weeks to rely. Asked for code of conduct and complaints procedure as it felt very very dodgy - Obviously no reply. Awful company - Stay away

I gave a lower review/star rating because during my viewing of a flat in Old Colwyn, your representative offered to send me available rentals on your books. To date, all these weeks later, and I delayed further in responding to you to enable every opportunity to receive further property information, I have not received any emails or other communication with details of any properties to rent from your company. This is most disappointing as I truly wished to revise my rating. In the meantime, I have been searching on Rightmove, Zoopla et al and have seen a number of new properties with your agency but sadly, nothing from yourselves.
