My partner and I had a flat viewing with Thom Plumb and another colleague from Mann. It was hands down the best flat viewing with an estate agent we've had in London. We were extremely appreciative and happy with the way the agents handled the viewing. They were both prompt, friendly, knowledgeable on the flat and surrounding area, happy to suggest options for improvement once we asked, weren't pushy at all and spent time with us in the flat. I am really impressed with Leaders in Beckenham, I spoke to Helena via the telephone as I am looking for a property to rent for a few years, I explained my situation as I will be out of the country so I will not be around for viewings. Great contact and very fast to respond and resolve any/all issues or enquiries (even receiving a Christmas card each year from them...some humanity usually unheard of in rental!). Very honest, took their advice on price and marketing and was stunned by how quickly (even with Covid restrictions) they managed to get 27 viewings which resulted in 7 offers - and sold significantly above asking price. (Their recommended solicitor also happened to be most efficient ever!) Very professional to the end. Thoroughly recommended.

It's strange that there are such extreme reviews about Home Lettings here. I have used their services for about 4 years now. I have found them to be helpful, honest and upfront on costs that are due for the landlord and the tenant/s. I would happily recommend them going forward to anyone. The check-in and check-out documentation is clear with colour photos and full descriptions about the condition of the property and who is liable for each element. I hope this helps the next person who is looking for a review here :)

By far the best agency I have encountered. Georgina was so helpful, efficient and easy to talk to. The communication was great and so no problems arose from that, which I had experienced in the past with literally every agency. I truly feel like Bullions Estate is different and better than all the agencies I have gone through.
