My daughter rented a studio flat from Concept Apartments in London and it was just terrible. For circa £1,000 a month she got a cramped, cupboard of an apartment with dirty black marks all over the walls (the landlord wouldn't let her paint over the marks, because they only decorate every three years, no matter how bad the condition the previous tenant left it in). Concept apartment charged her £5 every time she did a load of laundry - honestly, it's just shameless profiteering.

I recently had a wonderful three week stay at the beautifully renovated Concept Studio Apartment building on Chepstow Villas in London, England and will definitely be returning for another stay. I stayed alone in a small studio, but despite the size, the space is so effectively designed to accommodate all that one needs in this contemporary space. It had a smart kitchenette with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, a good sized bathroom with a rain shower, a very comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe. My room had french doors opening out onto a small balcony with table and chairs and the rooms are very well soundproofed from outside. In addition to a great environment, I received excellent, prompt and courteous service from the Concept office regarding any queries I had about the stay. Overall, a really great experience. I stayed at a studio from Concept Studio Apartments in West Hampstead. Attila was very responsive from the start. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, close to many local shops in a beautiful area. They were very fast to fulfill any maintenance asks and the check-in and out were some of the least painful renting experiences I have ever had to deal with in London or anywhere thanks to Kasia. Great value for money and no hidden fees or scams. I would highly recommend Concept Studio Apartments.

What makes it stand out from others are these, relatively quiet private place and very reliable excellent office staff I can depend on whenever I needed their help. Especially Nicole is very professional, thoughtful and considerate. Maintenance people are very quick to react to my needs when necessary. Other charm is the surroundings, leafy small park in front of the building (across the street), which makes me feel relaxed when going in and out of the building. Room facility is simple yet well equipped and sufficient to my rather fussy needs. It's a perfect base for daily life in London.

Avoid. Dire management of the company as well as of the clients needs.Very difficult to communicate with, it is quite clear that the best will of clients and tenants are NOT their priority. I would not recommend to engage in any sort of activities with this lettings agency.

I can't recommend the Hellas Helvetia team highly enough; Steven in particular was tremendously helpful throughout my rental period - from the first viewing to any urgent requests and the key handover at the end. I don't know many agents who would come by your flat on a Saturday night, after you locked yourself out of your apartment, but Steven is one of those rare individuals! The whole team really puts the customer (i.e. renter) first and is always trying their very best to help. 5 stars

We stayed at 7 Craven Hill Gardens during 2014-15 season. It is a great accomodation for students and expats. The flats are within close proximity to public transportation, shopping spots, parks and other leisure time activities. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The buildings are safe and well equipped. The rent might be higher than you’ve expected but it is well deserved!

The place is great, close to the park and quiet. And the flats are really, really nice and a big choice of flats. If you like classic design especially. Can recommend it 100% after staying there for 1.5 year. Many options and a very flexible team - they always help instantly because they are just around the corner.

I've spent 4 years in London and seen all kinds of letting agents. The best thing about Lero Properties is that they are constantly on-site during work hours, with their office being about 30 seconds from the flats. Any emergencies or breakages in your flat, they will take care of it within a few hours or a day at most, even when their office itself is closed (they have an on-call emergency maintenance team). I stayed in Flat 642 for a year from 2017-2018 while at uni. Quietest area ever despite being central London, with Hyde Park being literally around the corner. Only issue with the flat itself was the heat during summer (top floor flat) but I was out during the days, it was only bad on weekends when i was in. Supplying a fan for the summer months would greatly help that situation. Central heating in the winter kept me nice and cosy and the hot baths were very comfy too on colder winter evenings after arriving home. The flat was well equipped including its small (but sufficient) kitchen area. The building itself was always kept clean and in order. No mould anywhere (!!!), no broken walls, doors or lights. Once again the staff including the maintenance team deserve all praise because I saw them most days, they were always busy with something on-site. Payments for rent and electricity were hassle-free and reminders were always sent. They always gave notice of any maintenance work too just to keep us informed. Very honest people! Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you for a whole year and thank you for your hard work! I had a great time while living there and it was a smooth renting experience, one I can only recommend!

Really happy with the service they offer-they managed to rent out our property quickly and professionally and for the monthly amount we were after which was great. They are new to managing our building which some of us were nervous about because you never know what that’s going to be like, but they’ve been much better than the previous agent which works well for everyone. The tenants they found for us are great-easy to get along with and communicative whenever they need something doing which gives us the chance to step in and sort any issues. Stefano and the Ash Ponsonby team were great agents to work with during the 3.5 year period I rented with them. They were very responsive to calls and email, and there wasn't a maintenance request that didn't get actioned in a timely way. Stefano was very helpful and flexible in changing notice period to coincide with flight from London, and very quickly arranged return of deposit.

I booked a viewing for a property in 16 Cheniston Gardens, W8 6TQ a flat to let. Confirmed and communicated to their agent regarding rhw viewing which was initially booked at 09:00am but they have changed it to 09:30 which i have confirmed and i have let them know that I am coming off from night shift coz im an ICU Nurse. I was at the property at 09:10 and received a call from the agent that he is on his way. 09:35 the agent was still not there and no update so I rang him and he said he is stuck in traffic and he lives far so it would take time. He advised that he would be at the property in 15-20mins time. So expected arrival would be 09:55-10:05. He sent me a picture which shows he is still in the motorway. I have thought that it would be another 30 or more minutes wait. I have expressed my disppointment because I have been at the property and to wait for another 30mins is unacceptable for someone who just had a tough night at work. He uttered that its not his fault and he cant do anything about it because he lives far. He didnt either apologise for the inconvenience he caused me and he then just told me to just wait. I emailed the agency office and told them about the unprofessionalism and disrespect of the clients time and got no response from them. I just wanna point out that this agency is UNRELIABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED. They have already showed their unprofessionalism on the viewing transaction how much more with further deals if you rented a property with them. I hope the landlord would see this coz he is wasting his property with this agent.

I rented a property from them and was told they would return to fix a few things in tge flat but the never did, at the end of my tenancy I agreed to leave the property they then wanted to enter the flat without me being their for viewings, I agreed to assist in being their for the viewings but even when the viewers cancel no one would call to say its cancelled I sat their for over 30 min before I called to hear them say to me that the viewings has been cancelled they are the most unprofessional company's I have ever done business with they have no regard for you as a tenant I would advice anyone to stay far from these people all they want is your money once you sign their agreements you no longer have any rights the entire content is all made up in their favour, CAN'T SAY YOU HAVENT BEEN WARNED!

Excellent service reasonably priced. Cut out ‘The middle man’ As landlords we have used Uniqletts agents since we first started in 2012. We have never been disappointed with their service, always excellent and great value for money. Like that there is a choice of how much you want them to do, can chose from basic to gold standard depending on how much you want to pay.

The agent Showan, sent me a email that it’s not available anymore... well, was strange!!!! Now,after 2 weeks this tiny studio Still it’s available!

Earlier this year we had to find temporary rented accommodation in a hurry and The Property Album were really helpful. They listened to our needs and found us a flat in W2 that included parking, a pool and a gym! We had also been searching for nearly a year for a place to buy and the agency came up trumps again. The flat purchase hit loads of problems - lease extension, service charge clarification. Throughout, Tony was the picture of patience, guiding us through all the hurdles. We have moved home a few times over the years and, while we thought we could cope with most problems that arise, the complications with the purchase of this flat made us nearly give up on it - twice.
