7 letting agents in Barnsbury

Absolutely shocking and never come across an estate agent like it. Called last week wanting to offer on a property Harris Brown are advertising. Automated email response saying they will be in contact within 3-5 working days. Decided to email our offer through to the estate agent the next day, as they would need to report the offer to the vendor within 24 hours. Called and spoke to the receptionist three times over the last week, who assured me someone would call me back. Spoke to Roberta who told me she "wasn't dealing" with this house and would get someone to call me. To date, nothing back from anyone at Harris Brown. If you are thinking of selling, avoid this agent at all costs. If they can't get back to someone who has made an offer, what chance do you have of selling your property?

I saw a room from this agency, in hoxton, on internet, after an email and a call we agree to meet to visit the flat and the room. Everything going well, flat is clean and spotless but the agent with me forgot the key of the room. We are human and mistakes can happen so we book an another meeting, later during the week. So this day, I come in time a front of the flat, and no one. I wait 15 minutes outside, it's cold, and I'm still alone waiting. I call the agency. The girl on the phone apologies and explain me the situation. They still didn't find the keys of the room, and the agent didn't say it to her. I find that very unprofessional and not respectful at all, to book a meeting with a costumer, don't show up and saying nothing. I can't imagine how it is with the people who rent a flat from them if for they act like that with potential new tenants. I hope that people get better experience than mine with them.

The team at Harris Brown have all been absolutely brilliant dealing speedily with any issues that needed to be resolved. Excellent service from Crestwell! From viewing date to move in date, all members of the team were attentive and very helpful. I could not recommend them more. I have had dealings with a few agencies in London and my experience with Crestwell has been by far the best.

I rented a lovely room in a shared flat that was managed by Crestwell and had an excellent experience throughout the two years I lived there. Our property manager was responsive and professional. Repairs were always done in a timely manner and requests to make improvements to the flat (e.g. put in black out blinds) were always approved. Highly recommend them.

I've never felt the need to write a review before, however i feel this one is necessary. I recently switched from a large chain agent who had my property on the market for over 6 months. They had numerous excuses for this and even blamed Brexit for their incompetence! Luckily, i switched to these guys who promised to get my property off the market in less than 6 weeks .. in which they did. Thank you very much for keeping your word Square Quarters! I am very satisfied and will most definitely be spreading the word.

He has been open, honest and consistent throughout my new adventure of purchasing my first home. A* service and staff, I would definetly recommend as I have done so already.
