They are all extremely helpful, courteous and go the extra mile. Kevin kept us informed every step of the way and helped us meet the stamp duty deadline. Will definitely be giving them a call when I'm ready to purchase my next property.

We had great experience with Anthony Martin. We purchased a property through them and the agents involved in the sale were really helpful and provided clear communication between us and the seller. Also managed to complete the sale before stamp duty holiday ended so kudos for that too.

From initial contact to the mortgage funds being made available, was completed in a matter of weeks. She was thorough, and insured all the information and documentation was gathered during the early stages of our consultation. The way my move in date was handled by the Robinson Jackson Barnehurst team was unacceptable. I had to constantly follow up with their office to inform I need to pay my deposit. They delayed providing timely information to me and everything was left to last minute. On top of that, one of their team member Maddison gave me completely incorrect information that I could pay the deposits in instalments (due to a £1000 limit per day on by mobile banking). The night before the house move, I receive a call from their office Manager Catherine asking me to sign the tenancy agreement which I did the same evening. I then informed her out of honesty and integrity that I would clear remaining balance as agreed with her team by following day. I was then told this would not be possible. I was later given a call back and told as long as I showed a proof of remaining balance being paid in the form of a receipt, I could still move in on the date as confirmed throughout my interactions with their team. I transferred the remaining balance the evening before moving in date and submitted proof of receipt. However on the day of moving in, after spending over an hour driving to their office to collect the keys and removal guys all booked in for the move, they had the audacity to inform me that there has been a huge mistake and until the money is cleared in their account they cannot give me the keys to the house and I cannot move in. The entire experience was extremely stressful and turned into an absolute nightmare. I had to go to a branch of my bank in Dartford, do a cash deposit , take the receipt and then eventually was given the keys. I would strongly suggest that if you are using this branch of Robinson Jackson in Barnehurst, make sure everything is done in writing and do not rely on any information given over the phone. The way the entire situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. Moving in day should be an exciting time that you’ve been looking forward to, but unfortunately in my case it was a day full of stress. There was total lack of accountability or any sense of ownership from their office team in actually resolving the issue , apart from saying a simply sorry for the miscommunication and mistake. It was pathetic. I was seriously considering writing a formal complaint to their head offices, but not sure I can be bothered in wasting any more time or energy in this.

As a large maintenance company that has been around for many years we have dealt with many estate agents and property managers but working for Robinson and Jacksons is always a breath of fresh air. We always get clear and precise communications and they really care about getting the best outcome for both tenants and landlords. The girls in the Property Management department (Amelia and Katie) are very experienced and this makes our job a lot easier ! I am always happy to recommend them to friends and family.

We had some very bad and frustrating experiences with lettings agency until we found a property managed by Robinson Jackson. From the very first contact the staff were friendly, supportive and professional. Given that we were moving from the other side of the country and unable to make frequent trips to either their office or the property they made the process smooth and efficient and timely. Maddie in particular was very helpful and encouraging and handled all our enquires with patience and good humour. We really appreciate all her effort on our behalf. She was a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Hunters has been excellent. They gave a realistic valuation and managed the viewings without fuss. We were very impressed by the way they were upfront with the prospective purchasers and made sure they did not have unrealistic expectations about speed, price etc. They were supportive when choosing the best offer to accept and have been professional and approachable throughout.

Her professional patient approach outwayed other competing Agents. We've dealt with the whole circle of Estate Agents in the Kent area and Hunters outshines them all. HELEN wasnt pushy or intimidating but showed genuine interest in finding her her client their perfect home. She was vigilant in sourcing properties and communicated with us on a regular basis.
