Circa London found me the perfect apartment with just two viewings. I think it’s because Ashley Whitbourn listened closely to what I wanted and didn’t take me to places he could see were not right. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and the fact that he was fully informed on aspects of both properties, even knowing about planning decisions on similar ones. I didn’t sell through him as I lived well outside his area but I have no doubt, seeing the professional way he conducted himself, that he would do a good job on selling as well.

Having moved flats 9 times in London alone, I must say Circa provided the best experience throughout the process. From arranging the viewing to moving in, Carina really took the stress away out of the entire process. The exceptional service continues even after moving in, where all requests are taken care off promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The condition of the furnishings and the flat itself was fully faithful to the one shown in the advertisement, which was an absolutely positive experience compared to some other agencies' practice. I booked to view a property and from the first viewing Maddie was super helpful. I ended up seeing 3 properties, all of which matched my requirements so I didn’t have to waste time viewing anything unsuitable. Maddie was great at communicating everything to me, patient, and answered all my questions as well as negotiating on price for me. Would really recommend using Circa - best experience with a letting agent that I’ve had!

Very rude and unprofessional estate agents. Called many times to arrange a viewing, and scheduled one for today. I arrived at the property on time and Olav didn’t show up for the viewing. I left after waiting for 10 minutes. After that, Olav reacted with a laugh at the viewing confirmation text. Sarcastic and disrespectful behaviour.
