David Andrew handled the sale of my property and were helpful and proactive throughout. From valuation onwards I felt I was in good hands. They quickly secured a number of offers, and once the sale was agreed, Mark and Jana remained in regular contact to support and help keep the cogs turning during the ongoing conveyancing process. There are other good estate agents in the N4 area but I'm very pleased I chose these guys.

I cannot recommend the agents at JTM Homes strongly enough - they provide a professional but human service and were incredibly supportive throughout my purchasing journey. My solicitors went AWOL and Amy from JTM spent countless hours chasing them on my behalf, escalating the issue up the firm; and managing the expectations of the rest of the chain to keep them onside. I felt at any stage that I could call and would be either given support or advice which was invaluable, particularly as a first time buyer. My experience with “Prestige Properties” agency was very positive. They were very helpful in the whole property viewing, and rent arrangement process. Subsequently, when renting, I was surprised of how organised, and proactive they were when sorting out various issues. I will definitely use their services in the future again, as I have to relocate now due to a new job in different city.

Excellent from start to finish of tenancy. Professional and very understanding. Always on hand with any issues we had in the flat and accommodating if we had requests. Always very responsive on email. The contractor Paul was always friendly and helpful as were Anneta, Tehila, Leora and David (Agent). We lived at the property for 15 months and had a really smooth sailing experience. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a very good experience with prestige. David in the lettings department was friendly, professional, and honest. When maintenance issues were raised they were generally dealt with quickly. We also got our deposit back with no trouble. Only issue I had was they were intransigent about us serving notice before they would give us a reference but from their perspective this is understandable.

If I could leave less then 1 star, I would. Waste of time, and unprofessional.

Would not recommend this agency, take ages to reply to emails and are very unhelpful over the phone. Also tried to unlawfully keep £250 from my deposit return, which they ended up giving back after a barrage of emails, and quoting a clause in the agreement which was irrelevant to the deposit return, arguing with me when they clearly were in the wrong. They are rather unprofessional and should probably read up on the new tenancy laws would not recommend.

Waited for someone to come and value my house no one showed up, thanks One to One avoided a bullet and sold my house elsewhere, very unprofessional. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Really impressed with One To One Estates from start to finish. Very helpful when I first rented a property with them, and have been very responsive throughout the tenancy. When I gave notice they provided clear details on the cleaning policy to ensure I received my deposit back in full, and needless to say I was very happy with the result :) Would definitely recommend going to One To One to rent a property.

Overall, mixed reviews for TR. Experience started badly when my partner and I were not met at the property by the agent with whom we booked the viewing, who then, when I called her, failed to properly take responsibility for this. Thankfully, a different agent, Sophie, on her day off (!), came and showed us the property, which we ended up renting. Sophie was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. My advice to management would be to seriously focus on boosting professionalism within the firm. At points on the phone some staff were unprofessional if one were being generous, rude if one were being less generous. Also at points I felt like official communication was not as clear or proper as I’d have liked e.g. clarity of the implications of what we were signing at different stages; asking us to sign contracts without full required documentation being provided, etc. Overall, however, it is Sophie’s consistently helpful, generous and very responsive service, and the high quality of the property we ended up with, which lifts the review from a 1/2 stars to 3.
