Fast response time! I heard back from the agent right away 5 mins after I have sent them a message. Arranged a viewing the next day, although kept changing time by the agent. Apart from that, everything worked out fine. He processed the paperwork in rapid speed. He answered my questions during weekend too!

Great experience with Hemmingfords, our letting agent, Dov was very professional, helpful and responsive. He answered all of our questions and made the whole Letting process seamless. We had decided on a property that we had viewed on the Friday, and Dov was more than happy to show us around again on the Saturday to allow us to confirm our choice. From that point forwards Dov continued to be on hand to help our offer through as quickly as possible and this allowed us to move in within a few days!

I would definitely recommend working with the Hemmingfords Real Estate agency. They recently helped me close on a rental in Primrose Hill, all within a matter of THREE DAYS! Nothing good to say about this estate agents. Been with them in 2 different properties and it's just disgraceful service. That's if you do manage to finally get hold of someone! 4 months without my deposit being returned, despite me filling my room on time. Over priced for the scruffy, damp, old, single glazes window houses they provide on Cheshire street, E26EH.

I have worked with many different real estate agencies in London but I must admit Pearl & Coutts are by far the best. They are very friendly, their rates are very fair, the flats they offer are incredibly well located, in good condition and at very fair prices too. Whenever there has been any issue of any kind, more often than not it was dealt with great professionalism and care within 24/72 hours depending on the urgency. I would highly recommend them.

Really professional letting agency. I have been with them for so many years and they have never disappointed me. ***READ THIS**** me and my partner were looking to move into a flat in london due to a job change, we went around looking for properties to buy and came across this agent. we saw the reviews and thought this agent would be relatively good. we called in to book a viewing and came across rude unfriendly staff which met us at a viewing.... we loved the flat and soon started to rent the property. we then started to move in slowly, and we decided to change the carpets from brown to grey; when we did so there was fungi and mould all underneath.. we then called in thinking it must have been a minor mistake, they sent us rubbish builders who left the job unfinished with a hole in our stair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS AGENT!

Renters should avoid! My two friends and I agreed to rent a property, placed a holding deposit and started a reference checks process. During the process Cityletz asked for bank statements going back three months, and sifted through individual transactions before interrogating us on small payments made to family and friends. We were told they wanted to check our lifestyles in case we had gambling addictions (!). After some polite but frank correspondence explaining why we would not give such information, Cityletz became increasingly unresponsive to our emails. Having no update for over a week, they then informed us that the property we were had agreed to rent had suffered a leak and we would not be able to move in for 2 months. We pulled out at this point. This was an utter waste of time. Even in the context of the dire rental market in London these guys are special. Strongly recommend renters to look elsewhere.
