8 letting agents in Alperton

Updated... see end I was trying to buy through them and it was painful. Their sales representative, seem to be incapable of using his phone to call. We made a significant offer on a property in West London and were keen to proceed as our property had sold. We received zero feedback from them..... not a single call! It was us chasing and waiting and even when we raised our offer, we had to chase for feedback. In fact we are still waiting for an answer/decision from them. We got so frustrated that we went direct to the seller via a friend only to find out our offer was the highest, but they wanted a cash buyer. A 30 second phone call from Orchards is all we wanted, but no! We are registered with 4 other agents in Acton who are so helpful and capable. I hope someone senior at Orchards reads this..... Update: I just had a really good call with the MD at Orchards who took the time to contact me, understand my frustrations and go through things in detail. I have to point out that there were no compliance issues and our offer was put forward in the right way..... the MD is going to look at things to avoid a similar experience in the future. I’m very pleased he took the time to do this and my faith in them is much better than before.

I've recently rented a property through Orchards Estate agents and I had a great experience. My agent Yasemyn was absolutely brilliant and extremely professional. I went to Right Home 3years ago, looking for a place to stay for 6 months until I buy my own flat. Right Home was very quick to help us find a place and last minute when a property from a different Estate cancelled. Right Home helped us find and move into a property within 24 hours when our original rental agreement fell through last minute. Myself and my flatmates are all from out of the country, and Right Home was very accommodating, helping us open up accounts for our utilities and quickly providing us with the proper paperwork we needed for our jobs. I just wanted to leave a review on Hilton and Fox, Vinnay and his team was very helpful in renting me the property. His personality and his approach makes him a great estate agent I must say. He would answer phone calls outside working hours just to clarify what was needed to rent the property. His team are brilliant and he makes things very easy and straightforward as sometimes other estate agents confuse the process. Please contact vinnay and his team if looking for properties.
