A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. The first month in the apartment I rented from this letting agency was a nightmare. When I moved in I received an apartment which was very dirty. The carpet, mattress and living room furniture were dirty and with an awful odor about them. The refrigerator gave a stench of rotten food. There was building dust in the kitchen trapped behind the counters. They refused to assist with this. These issues were not reflected in the inventory of the move as they avoided acknowledging them and instead said the state of the apartment was "professionally clean" which was evidently a dishonest misrepresentation of its actual state.

I have used St Andrews Bureau to manage my rental property for over 10 years. During that time a professional and responsive service has been provided and my property has always been let out very quickly between tenancies. For the past two years Conor Jackson from St Andrews Bureau has been dealing with the letting and management of the property and he has gone out of his way to deal with any issues that arise, As a Landlord I can recommend St Andrews Bureau, particularly if you can get Conor Jackson as your allocated property manager.

I have been a tenant for last three years at a property managed by SAB. Connor Jackson is my property manager. He alongside SABs support team has been an incredible support. Their response time was almost immediate especially in couple of emergencies including plumbing & gas issues. Very approachable & transparent in the dealings. Have thoroughly enjoyed their support. I recently did a tenancy changeover with SAB and they were really helpful. Lucy was very nice and always ready to help. She got back to me very fast every time and made the process much easier. Would definitely recommend. Some of the best agency experience I've had so far.

I have been dealing with Esme when trying to find a property with Choices. Being a first time renter I had a lot of questions, Esme gave me her mobile line so I had direct contact for anything I needed which was great, sometimes even answering my questions at 9pm! She was great and managed to sort a viewing and finalising the contact within a week, as she knew I really wanted the property! Great service and decent pricing too! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent. Give this women a raise!

I worked with Esme and she was great! I needed to find a place on short notice and she was able to provide me with a showing within 24 hours of contacting her. I was able to sign on to an amazing apartment and couldn't be happier. Esme was professional, responsive, understanding, and a great help! Everyone I spoke to at choices was very helpful and professional as well. Would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a great place to live!

I have recently moved into a flat through Choices in London. Xavier, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout my flat search. He was readily available to answer any and all of my questions regarding the agency and the flat itself. He was extremely professional and kind; taking the time to explain every detail of my upcoming tenancy so that I would feel comfortable and confident in trusting the agency to manage my living arrangements. I have not yet spent enough time renting through Choices to rate the overall quality of my tenancy. However, in regards to the flat search and my first couple of weeks residing in a wonderful new property, I have experienced nothing but professionalism and enthusiastic accommodation from Xavier and Choices.

The property management team are a disgrace! Urban spaces took advantage of the nightmare of the first COVID lock down to mislead me about the quality and state of the property I was moving in to and then refused to acknowledge the mess the property was as in. (It was not possible to view properties at the time, had I have done I would never have put in an offer on the flat in the first place) The check in report they provided me with was incomplete, I highlighted this after arriving. The key issues were the fact that it was simply not cleaned to a professional standard. There was dirt on the floor and furniture and the mattress had not been cleaned. I had to complete this cleaning myself after moving in. When I reminded them of this issue following my departure I was told by property management that mattress cleaning is optional...(you would have thought that the deep clean of a property would be the highest of priorities given the current situation with this pandemic) Non the less, they requested I pay for professional cleaning that included this service in the checkout cleaning checklist I was provided with despite the fact that they did not ensure this was the service I received and threatened to doc the charges from my deposit anyway.

Just finished a three year contract with urban space. The agent always disappointed us and put us in disadvantage positions e.g.(1) they returned our deposit after four weeks of waiting, (2) their miscommunication with cleaning company forced us to deep clean the flat by ourselves before inventory check, (3) Only reply our email when we reminded them or cc their boss. I do not understand why the company deserves a 4.8 on Google

Really well looked after from finding the flat, placing an offer, accepting the flat right up until we moved. Everyone one we dealt with (Nikki, Doug and Sinead) we’re so helpful and friendly. We moved in yesterday and woke up today with a delivery of flowers from Bloom and Wild which was an unexpected but extremely thoughtful and kind gesture. Would 100% recommend Urban Spaces letting agency.

My experience with Urban Spaces has been outstanding all the way from viewing to completing the paperwork. I have never encountered a more professional and welcoming agent than Richard from Urban Spaces. He gave me the space to view the flat in my own time, without intervening and overly "selling" the place (usually the case with estate agents). He was also supportive throughout the offer-process, which is a pretty stressful time for prospective tenants. It felt like he really cared! Thereafter, Nikki took over and she has been communicative and responsive from start to finish the paperwork. Urban Spaces, you have a wonderful team working for you!
