Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Terrible experience throughout tenancy and then scammed us out of our deposit at the end. AVOID AT ALL COSTS We've rented about 6 different flats in London in the past 8 years and I've never experienced an estate agent this bad or this willing to try and pin something unrelated to us, on us - just so we would have to pay for it! We rented a place through them for a year and throughout the tenancy we had problems with the flat (which of course happens with old flats in London so fair) but everything took so long to sort and by the end of the tenancy major issues like mould and damp were still not sorted despite being raised 6 months earlier - so we had to move out. We'd had workmen come into the flat to inspect the cause of the mould/damp and it was due to the faulty windows so these needed servicing/replacing. I continued to chase Oliver Jacques every couple of weeks on an update on when this will be fixed and was either ignored or told 'we are still in discussions with the landlady'. Thank god I did chase them so frequently (and in writing on email) because later they tried to pin the mould/damp and problems it was causing in the flat on us and charge us for it! They did however manage to pin issues on us that weren't anything to do with us - for example cracks in the ceiling (building subsidence) caused the light fittings to come loose and hang down, despite this being nothing we could have impacted, we were charged. Another example - cigarette burns that had been on the flat carpets when we moved in were also pinned on us and we were charged for this - despite having evidence they were there when we moved in! It just got to the stage where they were ignoring my protests and evidence against their claims and I wasn't in a situation where I could wait any longer for the deposit so I had to stop fighting them for it and it resulted in half of the deposit being taken away for ridiculous charges. Disgusting and open scamming to be quite honest. I'd heard about it happening for some tenants in London and thought it was a rare thing or happened with dodgy private landlords - not high street estate agents.

My experience with Oliver Jaques was absolutely amazing! Michael Petherbridge in particular was extremely helpful and friendly. He did a fantastic job of keeping the sale moving and making sure I was well informed about what was happening throughout the process. He was extremely professional and did everything he could to keep everything on track and moving in the right direction. Could not have asked for a better experience from an estate agents than what Michael delivered. Thanks so much to Michael and the entire Oliver Jaques team for all their help, it was very much appreciated!

I bought my flat through Oliver Jaques. It was a great experience! Really hands on, straight forward, always happy to update me and get involved when necessary.I never felt a burden when I wanted to do multiple viewings or ask a lot of questions and they made it all feel very easy!

A letting agent how lettings agents *should* be. Steve was honest, straightforward, friendly, and communicated clearly (never in 'agent speak') throughout the letting of our flat. Emails were answered within hours, questions openly answered - at no point did I feel like it was in any way a burden to support us through the process... and they found us tenants within days of marketing. What's not to love? Thank you Steve, and Georgina, and whoever else was working behind the scenes to do such a lovely job :)

Steve and team helped with a seamless transfer between agencies and have continued to deliver a great service, finding a new tenant quickly and managing the process efficiently. Steve is easy to get hold of and always responds quickly. Heaps of comfort knowing the OJ team are now looking after the property and the tenants.

This development was meant to be ready in 2018. It then got delayed to 2019. I had visited on open days and tours of the development to enquire about buying a flat on the island and for more information. I was on the mailing list and over the last year have regularly checked the website for updates or any further information regarding the purchase of a home. The construction updates were not very regular at all. I was told the homes would be ready to buy September 2019 however it was then delayed to spring 2020. As I was very keen to buy my first home on this island I regularly checked the website. I recently noticed a change in the wording on the website which suggested that the homes ready in spring 2020 are now only available for renting. When I emailed the residential sales manager she replied saying they had in fact changed it to rent only and could not give me a date on when homes would be available to buy. I have been waiting on the botanical mews homes for two years and the company couldn't even email to let me know that the properties are not for sale anymore. Very disappointed as I have been waiting for the botanical mews homes for so long and was very excited to live on the island.

This place is absolutely amazing. I'be been throughout the streets open already to the public. Exquisite cobblestone, nice preserved buildings that combine the past to the future, nice new apartments. It is surrounded by waters and a quiet park, there are connections to everywhere (Bromley by Bow, Pudding Mill Lane, Stratford High Street, the well known bus 25 and so on). One special mention to the people that work on it, everyone is nice, my favorites are Rita and Ryan from the concierge located at Botanical Mews. Thank you for your help!
