I had a great experience with Foxtons Stratford! I recently completed the purchase of a new home and Marco followed my case. He was definitely the most valuable person in the whole process! Not only did he manage the current COVID situation very well, he was a star throughout the process! He was totally responsive and while at times I had to call him on a daily basis, I cannot recall one single time in 3 months when he was not available. He was determined to head to a smooth, painless and timely completion, and he chased whomever necessary to do so. I was truly impressed. I don't think I'll buy another home in a while but if I had to I'd consider myself lucky to be served by Marco again :)

Excellent estate agent. I was looking to rent a flat on a very short notice. James helped me along the process. He took care of everything and made sure it all went as smoothly as possible. There were no delays at all. In less than a couple of days my date of entry was secured, and everything was done online. Foxtons even has an app that helps you track the progress. Thank you James!

We finally decided to go with another agent who offered us a cheaper rate and was more local to our property but Mr Patel made it very hard for us to make that decision. So, why add a review? Because I believe he is sincere and trustworthy. Estate Agents have a reputation for being untrustworthy. Kevin dispels that myth - even offering advice post the tough decision making process in finding an alternative agent. Foxtons, you have a star in your team!

If you could rent or buy from another branch or estate agent altogether I would highly suggest! I suffered a lot from their team in this branch. Impossible to have concise info from them. Do not check the details they sent! DO NOT COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY between themselves and constantly ask you the same damn questions or blame you for THEIR errors! OMG just avoid it will save your sanity ! When they make money they care when they do not anymore they just do not act professionally anymore - it’s just obvious !

My brothers and I rent a flat and have used Foxtons throughout. Our main contacts have been Joe Robinson and Louis Wingent. They are both incredibly friendly and have provided great customer service. They always respond promptly to my questions, are very honest in their dealings and are incredibly human in terms of their approach.

Paul from Borthwicks helped me to find my perfect home to rent in Chiswick in 2017. The whole team, and Paul in particular have been a pleasure to work with ever since! They are always friendly and willing to help. They give lots of notice for any works or visitors. I moved out of my property this month, and again the process was smooth and painless. I'm a pretty demanding tenant in normal times, but even more so in pandemic times. Paul from Borthwicks went above and beyond to make sure my fiancee and I had a smooth and safe move and accommodate us; and was very responsive and helpful in finding us a new home we love. I really enjoyed working with Borthwicks - some agencies especially larger ones can sometimes feel robotic and impersonal and this was not the case at all here. It's taken me a while to write this as I've been busy settling in but this was by far the best experience I have had with a Lettings agency thus far (in my 4 years of living in London). My lettings agent, Alesja, was very responsive and helpful with all my requests, even going the extra mile and squeezing me in for a viewing at my dream property, which already had a lot of demand around it. The moving in process on her part was made super easy and efficient: all my documents were ready for me to pick up, collection of the keys was a breeze and the flat was absolutely spotless when I arrived. Couldn't sing Alesja's praise any more - she is fabulous! I don't intend to relocate anytime soon but if I did, she's the first person I'm calling. As a landlord, I have used this branch for a few years and have been very happy with the lettings service. They take good care of my tenants and make sure that any issues get fixed quickly. The team always keeps me informed and are proactive with making sure that renewals get dealt with on time and legal obligations complied with. I would recommend this branch.

I’ve used the services of Foxtons Woolwich branch, formerly London Stone Properties, a few times over the years. I feel they deserve a good mention. Overall they have great local knowledge and have had a long-term commitment to the Royal Arsenal Woolwich area. Sales Negotiator Tiffany Francis was very capable and communicative. The lettings team including Hannah have always in my experience been very efficient and professional. And the property management team including Michelle and Irfan were also well organised, straightforward and prompt in communications, and backed up by good relationships with reliable contractors. It was just really easy to get things done with everyone I interacted with at different times and I would definitely recommend.

We had arranged a viewing with Tiffany, who was extremely helpful, professional and also went out of her way to show us an additional property which she deemed would be what we were looking for as per our requirements. We thoroughly appreciated her expertise and for her going over and above to assist us in our search. Will definitely be going back to Foxtons again.

We purchased a property in March in Isleworth and though Foxtons were not my agents as the buyer, the whole team treated me with such respect and professionalism. Saijal set the tone from the top, and ably supported by Pam, Ed and their whole support team. They helped manage the chain (including my own sale), co-ordinating between the various agents and solicitors, and they duly kept me informed at all stages of the process. It was never too late for them to take my calls, and going this extra mile gave me such confidence. More than this, they were always courteous and respectful over phone and email, and they always accommodated me when I asked to visit the property with family and builders. I would highly recommend anyone using them in future - don't be too tempted by other agents with lower commissions, you get great value from Foxtons and they make a house purchase/sale almost an enjoyable experience!

Do not be fooled by the corporate image. The Foxtons team were awesome. I’ll try not to make the experience sound too good, however, my house was on the market for approximately two years with three local agents at price ranges from offers above £999,999 to £1200000.. Foxtons’ approach was clear and simple. We had an open day resulting in 10 viewings & 3 offers and together Saijal (the manager) and I chose what was the best buyer for me. Edward, the sales negotiator, gave me regular updates and helped in accommodating requests from the buyer which we adhered to. From start to finish I felt I was in safe hands which was not the case with other agents. I would recommend Saijal, Edward and Foxtons to anyone who want a professional service. Highly recommended.
