Avoid this agency as much as you can. Just steal your money basically. Down hundreds of pounds at the end of our tenancy even though we never agreed to any money being released as a deposit. Appalled at the customer service. Absolutely disgusting with the way they went about everything. Also funny how they 'cant verify' any of the negative reviews, it's never their fault is it. Do yourself a favour and go with someone else. It's really not worth the headache.

Worst estate agents I have ever come into contact with. Apart from one lady who I spoke to once in my month or two in attempting to work with them, everyone else I spoke to was rude, disrespectful, and super unhelpful in the stressful process of finding somewhere to live. I really do wonder how they are still in business with their questionable work ethic and shoddy customer service. Avoid like the plague.

If there is an option as 0 star, it will be much suitable to describe their service. SUPER LATE!!! And when I try to contact the man who is assigned to lead me for a viewing. He just no response. I booked for a viewing with them, but the man seems don't know what I need and show us another property which I did not book for a viewing. NOT PROFESSIONAL and NOT RESPECT to themselves and customers.

Terrible experience, worst of my life so far, would not recommend at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional personnel, difficult to contact, we were left 2 months without hot water and at the end of the tenancy they wanted to charge us for installations in the house that had already been there before we moved in. We always paid on time and never created any issues in the building. We made sure to leave the house in immaculate condition, clean everything from top to bottom. Nevertheless, when we needed them to provide us reference for the new habitation we were moving in they kept ignoring our emails and it took weeks to get a reply. It took well over the month established in the contract to get our deposit back and after a fair bit of arguing we managed to get it all back. I will never again rent from this unprofessional and incompetent people.

I had a good experience with this agency. They were able to find me a flat very swiftly. The flat is in a fantastic location, everything we hoped for and more in terms of the layout and cleanliness. Their staff was friendly and courteous. They provide all bills included in their rent which is very good value for London rates. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff at Ashley Samuel was very helpful and professional. They assisted me to find an affordable, clean accommodation in Acton & clear my referencing with ease. The flat is easily accessible by tube which was a must for me to travel daily to Central London and back. It was freshly painted when I moved in. If you are looking for a decent, clean & good quality place to stay in London that’s not overpriced, would highly recommend renting from them.

Contacted them back last year before the pandemic and i have to say they're one of the worst letting agencies i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, non existent communication their letting agent Alex didnt seem to care about renting a property to me, so i just took my business elsewhere. AVOID

I corresponded with Japan Letting Agency back in 2020 an Alex who was working there at the time responded but was very abrupt and quite rude, not at all what i expect from a company that would be handling my properties very unprofessional i would recommend finding a different agency especially if your intending to have your portfolio administered while you're aboard.

Its a pity i can't recommend Japan Letting Agency as being from a mixed Japanese background i really wanted to support a Japanese business but the service i received from JLA was unspeakably bad my queries were handled by an Alex but they didnt seem to care if i advertised my properties with them or not, so i took my business else where im now happily represented by Davies & Davies who actually care if my properties get rented rather than just caring about the commission.

Very unprofessional dealt with a staff member there by the name of Alex that was consistently rude and not at all pleasant go to a more professional letting agency if youre looking for a rental in the city as the staff here dont really care.

Johnny consistently found us quality tenants at fair rates. The full-management service gave us peace of mind and kept our property in perfect condition throughout all our rentals, an indispensable service to both tenants and landlords alike. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
