I rented through City Rooms for just over 3 years and can only thank them for their professional service throughout the duration of my tenancy, especially to Alessandro which is probably the most reliable agent I ever meet. Even when there is an emergency, their out of hours number responds accordingly and kept me updated after hours! Deposit was returned swiftly. I highly recommend to both tenants and owners!

Our experience with city rooms was truly excellent. Our agent Vicki was extremely professional and went above and beyond to get our room ready Even working on Sundays and Bank Holidays doing viewings and negotiating for us! We were kept well informed throughout the entire process from requesting pictures and videos, placing an offer to now where we offer was accepted. When it comes to renting a room I don't know why you would go anywhere else than city rooms.

Our experience with city rooms has been nothing short of brilliant. Our agent Jack has been exceptionally professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Initially we were a bit overwhelmed and felt apprehensive about renting a room. However Jack has put us at ease from the first moment and has always been on hand to move things along and answer queries/questions in a timely manner. It took us over 3 weeks and we couldn't have done it without Jack. Having access to online viewings really allows you to feel the property where you are moving. It's been a team effort but he's always available to give direction and not afraid to have those difficult conversations. Even though we've moved in already, Jack has been there to advise on how to control the temperature, how to take meter readings and much more. We couldn't be happier with Jack and the service received. We would not hesitate to recommend Jack and City Rooms to anyone thinking about renting in London.

Highly recommended - although they can only open for takeaway and delivery at the moment, we have just enjoyed a lovely meal from Date Night Meal Deal Menu! Great food and great value! A great option until the doors re-open and we can dine in again!

nice well presented tasty food and good value with the 30% off deal. the only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is the garlic potatoes had very little garlic on them and I found them dry. but please do not take this as a view not to eat here. it really is a great place to eat.

Fitzroy's was very accommodating at very short notice for our party of 11. We had amazing food and drinks and great craic with the staff. A lovely bunch of them altogether. John, the manager, was outstanding in sorting us out with tables all together whilst keeping social distancing rules in place. I had the lamb shank for my main and it was just delicious. Highly recommended place if you're in the Walled city.

Very disappointed with this hotel. My husband and I were due to travel to the UK March 20, 2020 and of course couldn't due to the global pandemic. Despite reaching out numerous times and getting Expedia involved, they wouldn't even offer a credit. We had to reschedule our wedding and weren't given such a hassle. We are Canadian and can't even leave our country and this hotel has shown clearly what our stay would have been like. If your travel might be disrupted due to the on going changes with the pandemic, don't bother here. No compassion onsite.

I stayed at this place for just under 3 years so know about these people *way more* than any of the reviewers here. Contrary to what you might think, this is not a British company; it is a company seemingly headquartered in Luxembourg and they have a number of names which is confusing - Brandenbergh Management, Studios2Let and Kelmscott Services SARL. The company at this moment in time is trying to extort money out of me. I have entertained the possibility they are victimising me because I am black. I would honestly urge travellers and tenants to stay away from this place unless you want to be harassed and lied against. The only good thing about the place is the location but it stops there.

We cannot in good faith comment about the room as we never got to stay here, but we can certainly comment on the lack of empathy and the sheer selfishness of the owners of Studios to Let. My partner and I live in Australia and therefore, were not able to travel overseas to stay here as planned. We booked all of our accommodation in February, long before Covid-19 was even known or present in Australia. We had booked 6 hotels/apartments and 5 out of 6 offered to refund us which was more than we had even asked for (we asked for a credit) so we were overjoyed by their understanding. This apartment however, told us that they would give us a credit but only make it valid for a year. To make it worse, they told us that they would still charge us a cancellation fee. We asked for their understanding during this time as we had no choice in the matter at all. I mean, we weren’t even allowed to travel more than 5kms from our home, let alone to another country and we explained that we had been told by our government that there were very slim chances that we would be able to travel internationally next year either (expect for our bubble destination which do not include the UK) and therefore, we asked the credit to be extended. We got told again that no, they would only give us a credit for a year because we need to understand they need to stay afloat – I’m sorry – you’ve already taken our $970 for the room which we can’t get back and you can rebook to make even more money – but you need more than that?! We are incredibly disappointed with this service and to make it even worse – they stopped even replying to us. Incredibly disappointing that this establishment is being so selfish and using this global pandemic to make money of people who like us, cannot help the fact that we cannot travel. Will never book here again. Pathetic.

I used to really like this place when they had the nicer teapots and mugs. Now I feel like they have cheaper mugs, and the menus look cheaper but the prices are still extortionate. I was happier when things looked a bit more traditional. I used to visit all of the time but after my dissapointing most recent visit in February I don't think I'll be back for a while. I wish it was how it used to be.

The mix of a Thai restaurant in the back and a traditional British pub in the front is one of a kind. The Thai restaurant has its own sitting area but you can get your food served in the pub area if there is space. The service was quick, great food and great atmosphere.

Great agent and great service. Out of all of the agencies and agents we contacted our sales consultant Joe was the only one to speak to us in advance to find out exactly what we we were looking for and offer to book in other viewings for properties that weren't on our radar. In one afternoon he took us to see a range of places. Out of all of them we ended up putting an offer in and buying a flat that we never would have looked at if it wasn't for him recommended it and encouraging us to take a look. I would highly recommend Joe and this estate agent.

As a young potential first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and how to approach buying a property. Luckily the Agent, Amy Darby, helped me view properties. She advised me on what to look out for and what would benefit someone in my situation. Amy also called me regularly to update me on the properties I had viewed and liked. Amy would also show me properties that she thought would suit me before they were uploaded to the website. When I collected my keys from the office after nearly 10 months ( not the fault of the agents) all the staff were so welcoming and congratulatory, it really was a very positive experience. We were impressed with Coopers, in particular Mollie, who helped us to let out a recently purchased property. Dec 2020 - Update Ryan Coleman of Coopers Residential handled my tenancy renewal from start to finish. Unfortunately, I was tied up on other matters, which meant that I was less involved than I would like to or ordinarily would have been. This allowed Ryan to shine and take away the headache from me. He was thoroughly professional and he made it seamless for both landlord and tenants. Thank you for your help here! Previous Having been a landlord for a long time I decided to give Coopers the opportunity to assist in finding tenants for my property in Ruislip. In the past I had been given the runaround with another local agent and then tried another option local to me. I wish I had given these guys the opportunity before. George, Guido and Mollie are all very professional and sourced tenants in just over a week. I like the fact that they were straight, pragmatic and practical. Good to do business with and my commitment to them is that if they provide me with this service they retain my loyalty. Having arranged to have valuations from a number of estate agents we found the valuation recommended by Dexters estate agents to be the most realistic based on recent comparable sales to my property. From my first meeting with Ben, I knew Dexters were the agent I wanted to go with. Their paperwork was professional and well presented, and really gave me the feel they knew what they were doing. Everyone I spoke with in the office was courteous, professional, and well informed on my sale. Within minutes of my property being listed I received a number of viewings, and multiple bids. And because of that I received exactly the price they promised they'd deliver within days of listing. What was also great is Dexters have a wide scope of offices, so was able to offer my property to purchasers outside the normal scope of Right Move and other websites. I'd like to give an extra mention to Jess who has been amazing throughout, and made this usually complicated process seamless. I have bought and sold 4 properties in the last 12 months and this has by far been the smoothest, and Jess has certainly been a key component to making this happen. We have now exchanged in the timelines Dexters have said they would, and I'm glad a new family can now take this house on to add to the many happy memories that have been shared there over the past 30 years. I can definitely recommend Dexters to anyone looking to sell their property.

To my surprise, the manager of the Dexter Kingston branch Amelia herself responded to my e-mail inquiry for an advert by calling me within minutes, and the property was actually available (not as a lure like most of the advertised properties are). That property was not available within our time frame, but she let us know about another one to our specifications which had just come to the market. She was able to arrange a viewing within the following hour and in the next hour, the deal was done with assistance from Sonia in the same office. They are an amazing team, and I cannot have enough praises for them. Perhaps some of the experiences with other agents made them look out of this world, but they are genuinely very professional and efficient. Thank you so much.

I've worked with Dexters on a number of occasions now. They'd let out my property from 2014-2017 and did a fantastic job in terms of this. This time, they were helping me to find a suitable new home. I've liaised with Emily Orchard over the years, as she has taken me to viewings for different properties. One of the things with Emily, is that she knows exactly what I have been looking for. Sometimes, I have been sent details by other agents for houses that I'm simply not interested in. Emily has known the kind of property that I've been hoping to make my home and she delivered! She helped me to secure a house that I love! Dexters are in a class of their own! We have lived on 3 different continents and worked with a number of real estate people and agencies over the years. Some of them were pretty bad, some of them were OK, and in the case of Dexters they are at the top of their field and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. We have made a recent home purchase and In short, Dexters were simply amazing! We were sort of half looking at houses and Martin, our Dexters estate agent, quickly identified the type of home we were looking for. He worked diligently to find the right properties to show us and in a very shot amount of time we found the property for us. However, the service from Dexters had only begun. As mentioned we were only half looking for a house, so we were not as prepared as we should have been and this is where Martin and the Dexters team really stepped up. Dexters mobilized the internal team and external partners to enable us to sort out the financing, solicitors, etc. so we could get through the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Martin was always there to help move things along and ready to get others involved when needed at critical points in the process. Annmarie, Tom (both of them), and numerous others really jumped into to help move the process along. We owe a big thank you to Martin and the Dexters team in Hampton. The experience on the home purchase was so good, we also selected Dexters as our letting agent for our other property!

I've used Dexters more than a few times now, I should be on commission, but there's a reason for that. They're thorough, professional and they work hard (they consistently call rather than rely on emailing all the time, which I like). Although Gibbs Gillespie are a large estate agency with a wide network (they were able to market our property widely - we had loads of viewings!) we always felt they had a very personal approach. Iv rented with Gibbs for a while and always found repairs handled reasonably well and had no complaints or concerns. After my recent communications I need to say the Biggest Thank You to Nikki Martin for her proactive and quick assistance with a water supply issue. The ‘troubleshooting’ tips rolled off the tongue and she immediately jumped to action. I am so impressed with her knowledge. She was able to talk me through step by step on what to do and how to identify the issue which resulted in the supply problem being resolved during our numerous calls and no need for a contractor to attend. Thank you Nikki for talking me through everything and not taking the easy way out and simply sending a plumber out that could have cost me money as a tenant. You demonstrated how caring the staff at your company are and whilst I know you probably had lots to do you kept checking in with me and together we got to the bottom of the issue. All I can say is you are brilliant and thank you so so much! I was in a panic when I initially called fearing I’d have no water for days, little did I know I was speaking to the magician 😉 of property management. Thank you! You guys really are the BEST!

I was quite surprised with the 5 star level service, we received. Little did we realise we would find a great place to stay. As some of the other places we went to were not as great in regards to the experience. We met Han for a viewing one evening, and he was really helpful, understanding and patient & of course a warm person. He followed things through, and was available to answer even some of our ridiculous questions. I would highly recommend the service and especially Han. We spoke to other support staff at the office over the phone and they were really helpful as well. They take their time to understand your needs and give you the realistic idea to work towards choosing a suitable place based on your budget, and we really appreciated this aspect. The process was really smooth, and they even negotiated our requests with the Landlord. The overall experience was really amazing from contacting, to meeting with Han and viewing the place to the finalization of the tenancy deal, and following up. I would highly recommend them for your rental needs.

I'm amazed by Dexter Canary Wharf and agent Ruby Jones. When I started looking for a new home in London, I thought it would be a stressful experience, but it was completely the opposite, thanks to Ruby. From the beginning, she was very responsive and scheduled a viewing for the same day. The viewing was great, she knew everything about the property and the neighbourhood, but we weren't sure if it was the right property. She didn't give up on us, though and called us the next day to talk about other properties, and we did another viewing and made an offer. During the whole process, Ruby showed that she was passionate about helping tenants and landlords to find/rent the perfect home. She was very transparent, organised and you could see she knew everything and had the answers to any question. Before you think about joining clarion housing, I’m letting you know now...they’re really on your case when it comes to rent and can be right pests especially with the letters. It’s like they don’t give you a chance. It wasn’t even the end of the month yet and they called me up saying that I haven’t paid the other half of the rent😕 it’s like they have no patience or trust. I remember paying my rent one time and they tried to tell me I didn’t when in the end there was proof that I did. But yeah, just be careful on it. When I moved in it took them over a month to sort out the heating and this was during the winter time. Every time they sent someone out to sort out the boiler, there was always a problem. What was the point of giving me the keys for the place when it was not even ready?? If I knew Clarion Housing would be the way they are I would not of moved in a property with their name under it. P.s: they don’t care about you all they want is your money. Don’t be surprised if they start calling your phone like mad because you owe them 20p

Worst housing association ever. Bought my shared ownership Flat in March 19 and i have had to chase every month for them to set up rent account which they fail to do, promise me a call back the next day and never get a call, always passed through to 4/5 different people before i get any sort of answer. They have no idea what they are doing, who has to chase there landlord to pay their rent!!! They also moved council tenants into our owned development which have caused ASB since day one, sent numerous complaints and get told they cant do anything or you just get ignored which has made our life a living nightmare. From now when i see people viewing the remaining properties for sale i will advise them to stay away and buy elsewhere. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Location is great BUT... If you’re reading this, DON’T GO. Stayed there for just 1 night and was literally the worst place I’ve slept in my life (and I’ve slept on benches at airports). Slept hugging my bags because I was afraid of them disappearing, and using my purse as a pillow (cause I didn’t want to touch theirs). A guy literally let a homeless drunk man in the room, could hear him the whole night. Went to the McDonald’s/Kingscross station for the bathroom cause this one was absolutely disgusting. Should have read the reviews before booking.

There was a mouse in my room. At first I thought the sound was just plastic unravelling. But it continued rustling around all night. Of course I couldn't sleep much at all. I got up early to leave and saw it. I also noticed there was heaps of accumulated rubbish and stuff under my bed. Really gross! The reception thought it was funny and asked if I caught it. Strange and bad place.

Cheap accommodation for a night, stayed in the 17bed dorm. The curtains on the beds were basically non-existent so photos are not to be believed. The showers in the downstairs shared bathroom were disgusting, the toilets were clean enough. The breakfast was simple, but supplied. The staff however, they were brilliant. Helpful and very friendly.

Ealing Dexters once again provided great service to recently let our house in Ealing Common. We were surprised at the number of viewings they managed to arrange and achieved multiple offers, which was remarkable in the middle of a pandemic. Throughout the process Dexters acted professionally and provided regular updates, eventually advising us which applicants to go with. We only had a short void period of one week which we were delighted with. Dexters arranged, at short notice, cleaning and check in services. Jimmy also recommended contractors to us. We visited London House for dinner on a Saturday while lockdown rules only allowed for outdoor dining. The food was excellent and we were warm next to the heaters. I suspect the tables in the garden at the back are quieter than the tables next to the road where we sat, but we still enjoyed the experience and were so happy just to be able to go out. I hope to visit again when indoor dining is allowed.

London House hosted our small personal event, and it was exceptional. A beautiful space in the outdoor garden, wonderful service, delicious food, and really attentive preparations from their team. We had an amazing time.
