Honestly could not have wished for a better experience. My partners and I’s first rented property together and we’ve had endless problems on our half but Michael and Ryan have been so efficient and got things sorted as soon as they could and I could not be more thankful! Never has anything been too much hassle for them and I’m just so happy knowing that I’m letting through them! Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and professional and helped us with everything from start to finish.

Leaders Sudbury found a property for me to rent really quickly and did everything they could to make sure my move was quick and easy. As well as that, the one time I had a problem with the landlord they went above and beyond to ensure that it was dealt with before it became a real issue. Extremely professional and friendly people to work with. It's definitely within their interests to make sure you get what you want, while making sure you're well informed about what options are available renting through them. Unfortunately I had to end my tenancy earlier and very quickly to that matter, but as I've mentioned they where on top of it the whole time, and they kept in close contact with me with friendly attitude. Just genuinely nice people to work with, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Very helpful, friendly, supportive staff. They made our move from abroad much easier than anticipated. During an extremely stressful time, we were able to have peace of mind that we have accommodation ready to move into. Well done to all and particular thanks to Elaine who made it possible.

I’ve been struck by how estate agents differ hugely in work ethics and values. Shoes that pinch can easily be returned... but finding a new home is as about as emotional as business transactions ever get. It was clear to us that Michael at Leaders completely appreciates this. He was extremely conscientious, friendly and professional, making so much effort to find the right property for us. I highly recommend Leaders and would use them again without hesitation. I would give zero stars if I could. On the day of completion for a property that we bought through them (as first time buyers) they forgot to ring us to let us know that they had the keys to our house. The sale completed at 11am, and it was only when our solicitor called us at 3pm to ask us if we had received the keys that we got onto William H Brown. They had actually been handed the keys on the previous day. In the 4 hours that we were sat waiting for the call, my anxiety levels went through the roof as I thought there had been a problem with the completion, and with very little way to get a hold of the solicitors as they were working from home and had no number to call, only email, we began to really panic. It was lucky that we didn't have the movers booked for our completion day, as it would have cost a fortune in waiting around. Very unprofessional, and to say I am furious is an understatement. It's a shame that as a buyer, you have no choice over the agent that you have to deal with.

Absolutely amazed. Everyone expects the worst with agents but Tom was incredible and gave us some truly worthwhile and clearly honest guidance. Go with Tom.

Lauren Elliot guided us through our property viewing, explained the things she knew about and was honest to say when she was less sure or did not know. She was prompt, polite and professional at all times. She has also dealt with subsequent follow-up enquiries very well indeed.

We cannot explain how well the Sudbury branch has dealt with myself and my partner. They have been nothing but so extremely helpful, anything we needed they done it. They went above and beyond to help us. With our stressful situation they made it so easy! If you are looking to rent a property I highly recommend Josh and Brenna!

Viewed 2 properties on Saturday and, 15 minutes after viewing them both, called to pay a holding deposit. No answer so left a message and emailed too. We heard nothing back so attempted to call and sent more emails only to receive an email back maybe 30 minutes later saying it has already had the holding deposit taken by the viewing after us but they didn't think to inform us? Great. We then responded requesting to okay holding deposit for the other house which has subsequently been ignored. ** Edited to add - this property has also had the holding deposit paid, again without informing us. Wouldn't recommend. **

I found all the staff at your Sudbury branch were very professional and would respond to any questions very quickly and at all times very respectfully I felt that they were working very to market my property from start to finish to get the best price which they did and I’m very happy to recommend them to my friends

The staff are always helpful & very professional. Unfortunately the pandemic has made the normally good service a bit fragmented on things like property conditional reviews, gets minor works completed, etc. Pre-pandemic these services were very good.

Wow! - what an amazing service we received from Boydens, Sudbury. Nothing was too much trouble for Angela Jeffery (agent extraordinaire) and her lovely team. Despite the current difficulties and restrictions, they went the extra mile and totally exceeded all expectations. They were extremely professional whilst at the same time providing a friendly, honest, and truthful opinion, which is exactly what we wanted.
