I had a phone call yesterday from Gina, I am looking at investing in Great Yarmouth, I know nothing about the area, only that I use to holiday there and one day would like to retire by the sea. Gina has given me a lot of reassurance with becoming a landlady. She has advised of the good areas and out of 6 agents that I spoke to yesterday was the only one who informed me of a licence scheme in the area. Regardless of where I now buy, Gina will be looking after my rental. I trust that she will be the best person to take care of what will become my last home. I can’t recommend enough that anyone looking at buying in this area should speak to her first.

Most horrendous estate agent ever kicked me out of my rented property after 6 months which I paid upfront no reason given just landlord wants it back now paid lots of money up front for deposit reference checks etc jumped through everything for them .. yet zero given back asked for cooker to be replaced as it was broken took 2 months to get any where the staff are so rude and nasty as for mr bycroft nasty man once got my money didn't want to help or respond made me feel terrible ..

Bycroft has undoubtably got to be one of the laziest Estate agencies that I have come across and that is saying something especially about their trade. They constantly fail to return phone calls or follow up appointments. I even wanted to put an offer in on a house and they failed to follow this up(we offered with the other agency the property was being sold with😀). They trade on their name but have gone downhill so use them at your peril.

Recently sold my property in Caister, from start to finish Bycroft were professional and approachable with any queries I had. Big shout out to Michele who always found the time to help resolve any issues that had come up. Feel she really helped push the process along when it could have quite easily dragged on. Highly reccomend!
