A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Great Service, from the day they valued the property to the day it was sold. We were kept up to speed every step of the way with helpful informative phone calls. More than can be said for the Solicitors, which Taylors seem to happily take on their role as well! They liaised between our buyer and ourselves, both sets of solicitors and anyone else that was needed. They took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

A never ending list of great excuses for poor service and outdated sales pitches. We were very lucky to complete our move whilst selling with Connells, poor communication from Branch managers down, even when caught out on a lie it was covered with another. The saving grace were our solicitors and the estate agency's we purchased from who worked tirelessly chasing up and doing connells work for them. I could not recommend Alexander Lewis Estate Agents and Key Conveyancing enough and if we ever to sell again we will be going with them. Our experience with Connells highlights how company's like Purple Bricks exist as we are in no doubt that the service provided by Connells was little better and far more frustrating then handling the sale ourselves. Listening to sale pitches straight out of the 90's with cliche rich patter enough to make our dog want to vomit left us in little hope of a buyer let alone a decent offer, in the end we settled for lower offer from a landlord just to keep our dream of moving on track and to end the nightmare which was our contract with Connells Stevenage. So In conclusion if you are considering using Connells I would either stump up the slightly higher amount for decent estate agents like Alexander Lewis (my bad!!) Or save yourself a grand and all the poor service and Do it Yourself with Purple Bricks as they are no worse and alot cheaper.

Recently divorced and wanting to start a new life in a new home was extremely exciting but, daunting. After a very pleasant, reassuring phone conversation with Andy McClelland (branch manager) and a reasonable valuation/selling price of my property was agreed. Within 48 hours I had viewings booked and Ellen Morley (sales negotiator) was AMAZING. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional , polite, punctual and always smartly dressed. She never failed to give me feedback, continued to keep in touch and reassured me constantly in what can only be described as the most "Craziest and difficult " year ever. She has sold my property and I am moving into my dream house 09/12/2020, I cannot thank you enough Ellen, Andy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Connells at Stevenage to everyone. Thanks guys

We would like to say thanks to Ryan, Grant and Nathan. Ryan and Grant tried to help us with our property selling. Especially Ryan, he looked after our property while showing people around and asked them to put on shoe covers. Also he tried to get feedback after viewings. Although in the end we decided to take it off the market and rent it out, we still appreciate all the help from the sales team. Nathan took over when we decided to rent it out, and he gave us a lot of information about what to do, and suggested electricians and plumbers to get the property ready at a reasonable price. It only took one Saturday viewings and Nathan managed to let the property out. Amazing. Good service, always approachable and friendly. Definitely a five star.

Best service I have ever received from an Estate Agent. They did exactly what they said they would, had buyers lined up before it even went on the market.
