Leaders have rented a property for our family for a number of years. It has been a very professional service which has made renting a property very stress free and easy for us. All the legal and landlord responsibilities are dealt with for us, giving us the confidence that we are meeting our duties and our tenants and the property are well cared for on our behalf. Louise at the St Albans office has been particularly helpful and very responsive to our questions but the whole team have given us a great service. I would highly recommend Leaders as rental agents.

I have to say that s9me bad reviews probably came from down the road 😅😂 I love their fish goujons that I am currently eating as I write this review and they taste fresh crispy and super delicious. I’ve met the owner a few times and my brother has often used Daniels for special occasion catering , the owner is a mensch and I hold his business in the highest esteem !

I go to Daniels Bakery every Friday and most Sundays . The quality of their products is of the highest standard, as is the friendliness and quality of the service from all who work for Daniels Bakery.

Great selection of tasty treats. Cakes pastrys fruit pies and tarts. Kosher so a little pricy. But very yummy.

This is an excellent bakery. The bread, challot and bagels are very good. Their filled mini bagel plates are well worth getting for parties etc

I have just let my family home out with William H Brown, I was nervous with the whole idea of it, but my mind was quickly put at ease with the help I received from Emily & Chloe. Grant, Martin, Barbara & the rest of the team at Hamptons provided an excellent experience under difficult circumstances - lockdown, power of attorney purchase, stamp duty deadline. They went out of their way to understand our requirements and reach a quick conclusion to negotiations. Exchange and completion were successful and ongoing communications excellent. Having previously dealt with them as a vendor, landlord and now a purchaser I unreservedly recommend them as extremely professional estate agents.

Amateurs! no one follows up, they take a million of personal details about you that they don't actually need and don't follow up when you ask specific questions after house viewings- not professional, would not trust these guys one bit. Go elsewhere, plenty more estate agents more interested in your custom.

Really poor service from lettings team as soon as they have you signed up. Calls are never returned, e-mails not answered and getting back money they owe you is nearly impossible.

My husband and I used Gems Lettings to rent out our flat and was very happy with the service Gem provided. Responsive and helpful when I was still a tenant. But they are slow and unresponsive when I request my deposit back. It has been 2 months and yet I am still not seeing my money.

Never have I ever experienced a worse estate agent in my life. Hayley Browne was the person we were dealing with. Horrific customer service, horrific communication and would avoid using at all costs!
