A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I have used Intercounty a couple of times and have always had a great experience from start to finish. The communications from the team have been regular and clear and i always feel like the team are doing their level best to complete the sale/purchase as soon as possible. Professional, open and honest, the team do not apply any pressure and do everything they can to make life as stress free as possible. I see no reason why Intercounty shouldn't be YOUR estate agent of choice!

My Wife and I have not yet made a Purchase via Intercounty (fingers crossed for the most recent bid) however, we have been on a number of viewings with Ben and I cannot praise him enough, he was extremely professional, made sure that we were comfortable with all the COVID safety etc., very knowledgeable on the local area, the market and was just easy to speak with. Every time we have phoned and spoken to the office in Sawbridgeworth, the team are lovely and will offer all the help they can to make this crazy time a bit easier for us.

Marion and her sales team dealt with the sale of our property with total ease for us and showed professionalism throughout. Within 2 days of being placed on the market, we had 14 viewers and our house was sold immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for Marion and was she always available to answer any queries we had. I would wholeheartedly recommend Intercounty to any one who is considering selling their property.
