Having moved around a lot as a student, I’d recommend Strats. Well known and reliable. Very quick responses to household issues, if there’s been an issue, we’ve had fixed within days. Bills are usually included which is easy. Friendly, helpful staff.

Strats have been approachable and have communicated with us brilliantly in our time in one of their properties. Good repairs reporting system means any issues are sorted quickly. Much better experience with them than other estate agents in Hatfield.

The whole team are very professional indeed. They work quickly and effectively. If there are any issues with any of the tenants in any one of my properties the Strats team will work it all out for me. As an owner of a few properties for me I don’t want to get involved I just want the rental income and having my properties with Strats I don’t have to worry. Thank you Strats
