Kris went out of his way to help me with my new purchase (from a different estate agent) and intervened readily when needed to support me with the new purchase. We purchased and renting our 1st property from David. We had very good experience as he is always on top of things weather it's chasing solicitors or mortgage broker. Pathetic service. Called them this morning to enquire about the listing. Lady who answered the phone was short and rude. You can imagine what you have deal with if you were actually renting via them. Avoid using them at all cost.

The worst agency I've ever come across. Specially the owner Steve. He's very rude, racist and enemy of the tenants. I understand he's there to make money for the landlords but this shouldn't be at the tenants expense unlawfully. He tries everything to keep your well earned deposit money- stay away!!!!

We have rented our home for 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences with the team at Watford estates. Any queries have been dealt with and they make sure to keep up to date with things like gas safety checks. Steve and Lisa are great and it’s been a real pleasure to have rented from them- we’re only leaving because we have bought our first home in another town, otherwise we would have stayed even longer!
