Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

I tried to book a few viewings and was ultimately left hanging - can't speak for the rooms, but the service was really poor. Ryan was the person who was in contact with me. I felt Ryan was not interested in organsing my vieiwngs from the start. He would consistently ignore some of the questions I was asking in my texts to him, which I found odd/frustrating. I re-organised my day around Ryan's schedule to attend a viewings, which I was happy to do. Ryan asked me for some contact information saying he would email me the details of the property. However, I did not recieve any information and had to chase Ryan to see what was going on. About 10 minutes before the viewings, Ryan calls me to cancel as he has been booked elsewhere... Ryan said he would contact me the following day to re-arrange my viewings, and I have not heard back since - it's been 3 days. I went somewhere else in the end. Not impressed...

So unprofessional. The rooms are disgusting filthy and trashy! I spoke to the owner and he was very unprofessional and rude, shouting down the phone and being very uncourteous. The agents are incompetent and obscene, calling you 'mate' and 'bro' while absolutely ripping you off. Shame on you!!!
