A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We've used Claytons with our latest sale and have used them in the past. Even during the pandemic our property was sold within 10 days. Amazing work. I would always highly recommend them. Like with many decisions , I prefer to use local who understand the market and locality rather than multi-town agents who are just after the commission. 5-stars Claytons team !!!

From the outset of our dealings with them right through to completion, Bev and her team were extremely professional whilst maintaining a very caring and friendly relationship with us. The viewings, which were carried out complying with Covid restrictions at the time, were carried out with the minimum of disruption and we were kept fully informed of every development along the way. We used Claytons Estate Agents again as they had done a brilliant job marketing our property in the past. Our property was on the Market in 2020, Valerie and her team as usual were professional, very friendly staff team and easy to communicate with.
