poor customer service. I phoned in relation to a house that had recently come on to the market. I was told that the valuation hadn't yet been done but left my number for someone to call the following day to arrange a viewing but no one called. I called the following day but no one in the office picked up the phone.I then phoned the following Tuesday after the weekend and explained that know one had returned my calls. They didn't seem to bothered about not getting back to me. very unprofessional service. And before Patrick comes back with the "this must be a fake review as i am not registered with them" as he has done on numerous other posts, clearly not the case from the above

I first rented through this agency 7 years ago and was very pleased with the service. All my needs were taken into consideration and the process was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. I had to move home recently with a short notice and Mr Patrick Moloney was very responsive to my situation and found the very right property for my needs in the shortest time possible. I'm very grateful I had to deal with Moloney's, because this agency has professional and hard working staff like Sami who was always very responsive to my emails and extremely helpful in everything I needed. If I have to move home again or buy my first property, I will definitely go to Moloney's. Simply 5 stars 💥💥💥💥💥!

I've rented through Maloneys since 2012. Patrick and his team have been professional and courteous since day I moved in, to the day I moved out. They treat you like an individual and take into consideration your personal needs. Always there to help whether it's a problem with the property or you've locked yourself out. Wow, why would you use anyone else?! We listed with BANC and had an offer within about ten days. Ok, the weather helped as the garden looked gorgeous but it was Andrew Crump who brought the buyers around. And this was in April when house prices were falling. Andrew kept us informed every step of the way and was always professional to deal with. We decided to list with BANC as we kept seeing their blue signs around Cuffley and Goffs Oak and they nearly always had SOLD on them.

We recently bought a property through Banc and from the moment the process began we found Nitesh to be friendly, professional and very helpful. We experienced some unexpected delays leading up to exchange but Nitesh always kept in contact and went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend them.
