Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Home Management Company have been managing my flat for rental purposes for the last 5 years. They are fantastic and take the stress out of managing rental properties as a good rental agent is supposed to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The whole team at one point or another we have spoken to, and all of them are fantastic.

I have had my flat in Bushey managed by Sue and the team for many years. In all that time I have never had one single problem and whenever a tenant leaves they have always found a new tenant immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend The Home Management Company to landlords and potential tenants alike.

If you are a prospective landlord / tenant and Clarets are arranging the letting you MUST insist on being provided with the contract several days before you sign. This will give you time to understand what you are signing up to. Beware Clarets will do their best not to provide the contract up front. Basically not a very nice firm to deal with.

A few problems with them: - Bad at communication; we had to chase them a lot for contracts, etc. - They left heating on in our property after viewings. - They gave little notice before viewings. - The women that showed us around the property we rented from them had not been there before and was clearly clueless about it. - They need to modernise the way they work; ie allow contracts to be signed remotely. I would not rent through them again.
