A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We recently rented a house through Rent in Hemel Hempstead and dealt with Julie who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was professional and courteous at all times and gave us lots of advice when we had any questions we were unsure about. I have been using Rent in Henel Hempstead for a couple of years now. I had a very bad experience with not just one but two other Managing Agents in Hemel Hempstead, one of which I took to the Ombudsman it was that poor. You can imagine my concerns at hiring another agent but I decided to go with Rent, thinking it might be third time lucky, and it was the best decision I have made. Any concerns or queries I have are always dealt with by Tina and Chloe in the most professional, efficient and friendly manner, no matter what it is I throw at them, they always have time for me, when I am quite sure they are run off their feet. I would have no qualms about recommending this Company.

I would highly recommend choosing Rent in Hemel Hempstead to anyone who is looking to rent, especially if you’re a first time renter like me! The staff are really helpful and kind, I spoke with Julie Newton and Luke Waryszniuk throughout the process and both were so great and were always more than happy to answer all of the questions and queries I had! Moving out for the first time can be quite scary but they made it so much easier and were so helpful throughout!

My experience with all the Rent staff I have encountered has always been positive. They are all responsive, helpful and professional at all times. Even though they do not manage my property they have gone out of their way, a number of times, to provide assistance and advice when needed. Yesterday there was an emergency water leak at the property and once again, they did their best to help me contact the right people to sort it out. I highly recommend their service - their expertise and property experience is invaluable.

Special shout out to Magdalena!! My wife and I chose David Doyle EA and have no regrets at all. The whole process from initial valuation through to exchange/completion was managed smoothly with, of particular importance to us, a focus on timely and responsive updates - no having to chase the office continually for updates. We hit a problem with our initial purchase and Magdalena was fantastic with her updates throughout and was with us all the way through. She demonstrated tremendous empathy and was truly the glue that joined all partiers together and kept things running. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doyle's.
