Communication has been appalling. Put in an offer for asking price called and emailed numerous times over 3 days for update but no response. At least have the decency to inform me of the situation. Very unprofessional!

It began when Dean's employee Daniel showed us a property - he was lovely and professional, and very patient with all our questions as first buyers. We were then liaising with Dean with everything to do with the purchase. Dean gave us a recommendation of a wonderful mortgage broker as we were having issues doing it on our own - and for this I am extremely thankful! we did struggle a bit when negotiating a price, and a move date, but Dean was very helpful. He responded quickly and was lovely throughout. We managed to get things done quickly and on the best side. We appreciate all the support, especially in such stressful times - Dean was just so humane and listen to all my frustrations and tried to help however he could. Thank you Dean, I am sure you'll make many people happy and thankful for the service you give!

LANDLORDS AVOID - This estate agent has been advising tenants that they can use the new legislation to live rent free with no eviction prospects for 6 months. The estate agent still get their agency fees. Landlords lose out.

My experience of Carrington's in Borehamwood is a very poor one. They expect tenants to move into filthy properties covered in mould and with many other problems. Avoid like the plague. See photo of kitchen they expect tenants to be able to move into.
