The member of staff I dealt with after buying through Harris and Wood, Emily W, was amazing. She was always helpful, friendly, and made the process of buying a house a lot less stressful with her knowledge and patience! She was always quick to respond to my questions and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with the purchase. I can’t sing her praises enough. My sister and my parents both use Harris and Wood to manage their rentals, and they all only have good things to say, too. I would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing team of estate agents. They accommodated my needs, understood my requirements and limitations. I told them I wanted to move into a flat within two weeks. And within a week of viewing the property, it was mine and I'd signed on the dotted line. The team made that experience memorable as well in their office and gave me a moving in present of wax melts (smells divine), a signed card AND a mug. Overall cannot fault them and they've been a brilliant estate agent . I have been privileged to have them as my first adult (non student) rental property estate agents. Definitely given the other agencies a high bar to cross.

Just sold our house with leaders in Witham and I'm so pleased we picked them!! Jack was such a nice man and was very honest and helpful which is why I think he sold our house so quick! Id also like to say that he only got people in who were actually interested in viewing our house rather than pressuring people who aint interested at all and having loads of wasted viewings like some other estate agents in Witham.. would definitely recommend!!

I have dealt with CM letting Witham as a landlord. The service has been excellent from Jordane, Dan and all team members. There is a very good philosophy to take care of the landlord and tenant in equal measures. Nothing is too much trouble. You listened to the finest detail and delivered on time. Very well done. You thoroughly checked our credentials. The Referencing process was good and they were very helpful when I needed it. Using DocuSign was so very useful in these circumstances. This rental need was outside the norm but you accepted the challenge. Beresfords is by far the best agency I have been with so far, I loved the fact that because I wanted to live in the same area they called me straight away to let me know that an apartment was available and booked me in straight away. I was so happy with the place they’re very attentive, welcoming and reply back to your emails straight away And very impressed that all documentation were done over Docusign which I think is amazing, saving paper and the trees love that !!! It was so quick and easy. Thank you so much, definitely recommend this agency if anyone is looking to let or buy !!!

Fantastic service! Out of all the agents my wife and I used during our house hunt, Beresfords were by far the best. Joe & Liz made the effort to check in with us on a regular basis to see how our search was going, which was really appreciated.
