During a gap in tenancy, Cowling and Payne managed a full redecoration through their contractors. I had wanted this and some other works doing and the Cowling and Payne letting team organised all of this, with good communication throughout. They checked work was completed to a high standard, sending photos to us. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the flat is now ready for its new tenant to move in later this week.
