Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.
Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!
User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.
A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.
Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Ok then I will explain my review. 1) We at Wisteria Lodge are frequently charged for furniture etc being left at our bins despite the fact it isn't even our building leaving the items there. Multiple buildings, as well as nearby houses on the street completely ignore the sign and leave stuff at our bin area. They don't need to care about the fee, they don't pay for it. 2) I was told, after being burgled, that I wasn't allowed to have a more secure front door because it wouldn't aesthetically match the other flats and had to keep the plain wooden door that was easily kicked in. I have now lived with 5 locks on the door in total for a number of years. Since then my neighbour opposite has also been burgled. Apparently entry locks on the building are too expensive. 3) I have had my car stolen from our car park which was parked directly under the dummy security cameras that I was informed afterwards "are known to be a very effective deterrent". Evidently they were not even remotely a deterrent otherwise I would still have my car. 4) The car park looks like it has lived through a bombing raid in World War Two. Also, the repainting of the lines on the parking spaces which we paid for was so effective that in a few short months they had vanished again completely. 5) When the ancient and rotting soffets and fittings were finally replaced, I had to ring up because after clattering and bashing down every time the wind caught them, one particular gust pulled the entire long board out, scraping down and scratching the windows of two flats and smashing in half on the grass below. 6) Considering the slightly absurd amount we pay as building maintenance fees compared to other friends who live in similar blocks of flats, I'm quite concerned that it took at least 10 years for a roofer, (who I had to request TWICE to deal with the damp patches appearing on my ceiling) to discover that some of the caps on the roof tiles weren't actually even cemented to the roof, just placed on top and I'm guessing just remaining there by blind luck and I assume, the grace of God. If you would like more reasons then I would be happy to oblige as I have lived in this building for over 11 years and have had to make many a phone call to block management in that time. Have a nice evening.
Having completed works for Essex Properties and PM Jake over the past 5 years we have always found them to be very professional, with their customers interests always put first.
We have worked with Essex Properties providing fire safety services for the last six years and have always enjoyed a great working relationship. Abigail and her team are extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend to either a prospective client or supplier.
We have been working alongside Essex Properties for a number of years now carrying out their asbestos requirements for various blocks around Essex and London. Jacob and his team are nothing but helpful in arranging these surveys, access, etc. Would highly recommend this company.
Essex Properties took over the management of our block of flats a couple of years ago. Since they took over, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They always respond quickly and arrange any issues / broken items etc to be sorted promptly. I also want to especially say how good Kristian is. He went out of this way to ensure the sale of our flat was sorted in order for us to be able to exchange!
