Although what was first thought of as an easy purchase did prove to be more difficult than we expected, however due to the regular contact and consistent professionalism we received we finally got the property we wanted. It has been a pleasure to have contact with both Lucina and Donna who have been friendly and helpful and are a credit to your company.

Me and my partner were struggling with finding our first home but Bairstow eves helped us so much! They were supportive, responsive, efficient and so much more they answered any questions we had and guided us the whole way. An even bigger thanks to Jake on the lettings team he was amazing!

Quite fair on some things but not very quick about getting jobs done!

Very bad in things like fences and moving in but good if boiler not working or electric and oven (same day). Had fencing down for over 1 year

Having been with LifeSpace for only a short time I today had an issue with a leak and the response not only from the staff Lura and Natasha but also Garry the plumber was great ...Many Thanks..

Lifespace have been my landlords for the last 3 years, well maintained property and I’ve always had quick professional responses to my queries. Eg. My boiler packed up, and within 10 Mins of my emailed being sent the maintenance team rang me back and were here within the hour, fast fix and cleaned up After himself. Very pleased.
